“Went into this store at first and looked. I was greeted and was asked what I was looking for and I said I was wanting Timberland boots. They didn't have them. They had boots that were nice and fit really well. I put them back and then went into the mall and looked and didn't have wanted. Then I went back and bought the boots. It was a wonderful experience and will go back in the future when I need more boots.”

“Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to walk through displays and aisles while browsing. Very clean bathrooms that are private rooms instead of stalls.Reasonable prices. My only negative is that we were in the store at least 15 mins and no one helped my son or husband. My daughter and I walked entire store back and forth and was never spoken to by any employee or asked if we needed help. With that being said, upon checkout the cashier, I believe her name was Katie, was extremely helpful finding my rewards account and updating the info. She was pleasant and humorous and very customer oriented.We will definitely be back because after leaving there we went to Cavenders across the road and although bigger store and more to choose, what we were looking for was better selection at boot barn. They may earn the last star if we get better customer service next go round. Katie was the only reason they got 4 stars this visit.”

“I went to this store yesterday and they were very friendly, we looked for the tennis shoes we wanted and went to pay but when my mother got to the checkout we were greeted by an employee who was not friendly at all, she seemed upset and moody, I understand that sometimes you don't have a Good day but it's a job to serve well and respond respectfully, we always go to this store since an aunt of ours in Mexico loves the brand because the sneakers are soft and comfortable and they always serve us very well but this time it was the exception”

“Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”
