“Not much of a western wear store anymore they have a few clothes, decent Boot selection, a nice Hat selection decent shaper. They carry of very selection dog food and cattle and horse feed that noone else in the area will carry.”

“I've been buying SAS shoes for 20 years. Regardless of your choice of style, their casual or athletic shoes are more durable & last longer than any other shoe I've ever tried. They cost a little more, but they are worth it. After about 4 or 5 years, I found myself buying a new pair, not because they were worn out, but because they were so dirty & I wanted a clean pair. I used the dirty ones up to 10 years, doing work around the house.”

“Today was my first time visiting & I have no complaints. I needed Easter outfits for 3 toddlers and my $$ went further here than it did at JCPenny's (My O.G.). I really liked the selection of clothes for toddler boys and the sales associates were very, very, very helpful. She literally walked me around the store to help coordinate an outfit.”
“I get 2-3 pairs of shoes a year for the last 40 years an nobody.. I mean nobody.. has they're job down like the staff at this store. without attitude, frowning, sighing. 15-16 of us walked into the store with 20 minutes left until closing.. store was clean, organized, like it had just opened. This was my first time getting boots anywhere... I didn't know this level of customer service still existed, after letting him know it was for our job he showed us all of the approved boots by the company we work for. Ten people all at once wanting to try on different boots, different sizes, and he didn't miss a beat, just made it happen quickly and professionally. After watching him with some of the guys, I had to tell him I'm going to look around a bit, I was amazed. When he cleared out just about everyone, he asked if I was ready. I told him what I wanted, and the rest is history.
So later at home with a big smile on my face from what happened.. I realized not only did we hold him from closing and leaving on time, but he did it like he was just having a good time. The situation being what it was for me (with 15 other people all at once), that sales guy made it a great experience. I'll definitely be going back for all my boots.”
“The customer service was excellent. I had no problem purchasing my P17 22LR pistol. I wouldn't recommend standing in line to check out a soda or couple items if your in a rush. Other than that you can buy guns faster than your able to buy a soda at the registers in the front Lol”
“Eveytime me and my boyfriend come here to get shoes we always have a bad experience with an older lady. She’s always rude and rolls her eyes and gives attitude when someone asks for help. fortunately we had a sweet lady helping us named Scarlett, she was helping three different people at the same time and never once got an attitude. Today was probably the best experience we’ve had going there.”
“I went to this store yesterday and they were very friendly, we looked for the tennis shoes we wanted and went to pay but when my mother got to the checkout we were greeted by an employee who was not friendly at all, she seemed upset and moody, I understand that sometimes you don't have a Good day but it's a job to serve well and respond respectfully, we always go to this store since an aunt of ours in Mexico loves the brand because the sneakers are soft and comfortable and they always serve us very well but this time it was the exception”
“No store compare, except bringback the college team shirts and apparels. That's what separated Champs, only bad part feel like you're turning into four locker. Please Champs, if you do that more sells. I used to come every week for my tar heels, now I don't. Got my Derek Jeter shirts.”
