“I don't usually leave reviews but I felt the need to due to my experience. I had the chance to work with Jacobi. He was AMAZING!!! He was super knowledgeable about everything. He was extremely patient with me. I had sooo many questions and not only did he take the time to answer each and every question for me he also made sure I understood everything every step of the way. He also sat with me and took his time creating my kitchen for me and making sure everything looked exactly as I was describing it to him and was patient with any changes I asked to be made. He seemed interested in everything I was saying and made the experience feel personal instead of making me feel like just another customer. His customer service is really really awesome, professional yet friendly, and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be back and I will be sending friends and family his way as well. Thank you Home Outlet and super kudos and thank you to Jacobi for the assistance. I look forward to my next visit!”

“This store has everything from deer corn, spray paint, pvc fittings, and screw drivers all the way down to lunchables, milk, chocolate bars and lotto tickets. Pete, the owner is a great guy. He has tried to make sure the local community doesn't have to travel 30 minutes to "town" for small misc items that might be needed on short notice, and he has succeeded.”

“A bit expensive. Is it me or does it alway feel like there are no customers in the store. Specifically College st. In Beaumont. The keep employees so it must be a good company to work for. But how do they manage to keep a store that literally almost never has more the n 20 cars in the parking lot including the staffs personal vehicles. 🤯”
“Nice people, quality products - but not willing to work with you when you can't pick up your online order - even when you, give order number and name and DL number of alternate person to pick up order. Advised I must cancel order, replace the online order and list a new person as pick up person. Not helpful when a busy pharmacy is just trying to order some items to make things work smoother.”

From the time I walked in, everyone said hello and was really friendly. The store was clean, even the bathrooms, and the employees were helpful and attentive. You can tell this location has good management because the whole team seems happy, works well together, and genuinely cares about the customers.
