“Believe it or not (I couldn't believe it), there was no wait. Dominic took me right in and completed all of my requests right away. (I was switching the type of cell phone service I had and added internet.) I was having difficulty doing this through the customer service phone number, and they requested I go into a corporate store, which I did. Dominic had the same issue I was having, but he contacted his person and was able to get the situation rectified. Dominc is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very, very kind.
