“Was able to park outside the gate until they opened very friendly fast unload nice grass area for the dog to run on. Let me park out of the way till my clock reset or could of park outside the gate and a plus a hooter is in front of this place so bring on the wings.”

They are doing major construction on the road that leads to the play and parts are tight so have your tandems up as far as you can.”
“After a complete nightmare at the new Conn's distribution center in Houston, I decided to come here versus demanding a full refund from Conn's. What a difference staff makes! None of the staff at the Houston location should have a job with the way we were treated. Thankfully, Don and his staff in Beaumont were nothing short of phenomenal. Thank you! I can't say that I desire to do business with Conn's again after today but if so, I will come to Beaumont going forward.”

“No overnight parking because they close and chain the gates locked after hours. But the unloading process for me was good. They unloaded me fairly quickly and sent me on my way….”
“Really nice staff. Didn't take long to get my item from the back. I will say the ramp is terrifying, it's very narrow. However they will bring it down to the bottom of the ramp to load. I did notice that the poor workers did not have air conditioning, that stinks in the summer. Really great been there about three times in the last year, they're organized and kind”

“Okay so the person who mentioned parking by the gate and walking to check in, I had no idea what that meant until I visited for the first time today but now I know what you meant so I’ll try to help everyone else. There are two entrances. Gates an and b are at 5055 for the address and c and d are at 5053 which is the first building you reach on the roadway that has the gate. I arrived before 8am and parked outside to check in at 8 and once checked in, she told me I would be going to gate D, which is the building before. You can’t just take a left out to get to it, you need to get back on the road and go allllllllll the way back around on the roads. I’m not sure if there is an indicator of materials as to which dock you might be at or if you only find out once you check in. Gates c and d have lots of room to turn around so if you park outside that gate and walk over to the office, you’ll have more than enough room to turn around. All of the employees I encountered were very polite and it only took about 30 minutes to unload me. Here is the picture of what you have to do if you check in at the wrong docks to get back to the first one.”
