“I give Marcus 5 stars because he understood that my car being older but in great shape, and wanting to eliminate steel wheels, he made great suggestions and really cared about I wanted. This was my switch back to Discount Tire from Costco, as Costco takes too long, makes me wait to long to rotate and balance, and flat repairs not always done correctly. Having moving back to Kansas City and South Florida, Discount Tire was not available in those areas at that time! (THEY ARE NOW!!) While time was important, the tires I wanted were not in stock, I settled for others which I am sure are good and without spending a fortune, or comprising too much, for a car which might not be kept long. Time will tell on the Arizonian tires which Marcus said are now made by Goodyear, and not Cooper. The alloy wheels look great, and similar to the originals, so no more hassles with steel wheels and plastic hubcaps! The service was much faster than expected. I was surprised that Discount Tire no longer puts lithium grease on the studs as they once did, nor put in nitrogen. The guys doing the work were very fast, and I have to assume that all was done properly. We saved the best wheel, so I now have a full size spare instead of a donut, but I spent a lot of time making everything fit just right in the trunk! It would not have been completely fair if I expected everything to be put back just right in the trunk! I hope that this is the start of a loyal customer again! (Back from 1986 to 1992 I was an independent contract courier, doing 60,000 local miles per year and purchased a new set from Discount every year!) This particular store has slightly lower reviews than others, and did not quite seem quite as top notch as others, so please be careful to always be the best! Thank you!”
