“I have an auto loan and just recently changed insurance providers. My agent and I have made attempts to provide updated insurance info but they insist on purchasing $9000 coverage. This credit union is impossible to contact. Ive even attempted to email their loan department and the CEO through their site which was not operational. This is the only way to get any companies attention anymore.I wanted to write an update to my previous review. I did indeed receive a phone call from Mark this morning inquiring about my negative review. I expressed my concerns to Mark regarding the inability to contact or communicate with them. He showed concern and compassion to the difficulty in which it takes to get in contact with them. He also gave me his direct contact for any needs in the future.”
