“I really cannot recommend this business enough. The owner, Li Garcia, is extremely kind, patient and honest.
Li knows his stuff extremely well. I had a complex issue where my computer couldn't POST or access BIOS, and he identified the issue in under an hour. When I later came to discuss the issue with him, he explained to me how he replaced my CPU with a placeholder and showed me that my processor was actually at fault for being unable to boot. We had in depth discussions about temperatures and my cooling system where he was finally able to discern that my processor was defective, and he proved to me that the rest of my system worked fine with another CPU. He even checked every one of my motherboard's CPU pins to make sure they were all good to go!
Li also helped me work through the RMA process with AMD, giving me advice and even going as far as to make a report/statement for the CPU upon my request that I later sent to AMD. If you're having any computer issues, look no further. Li's honest personality and kindness makes him stand out from other repair businesses I've seen and considered. He will undoubtedly have my business again if I ever need more help!”

So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. “I have been meaning to leave a review for awhile. This location the manager was really nice. They helped me out on a specific color chair I was looking for and honor the price for a different color chair. They even helped me put the chair in my car. The chair I picked because I was needing one to study for my exam. It was great price. And they were really accommodating on my needs. I would definitely go back if i am around the area. Generally, I have pleasant experiences in office depot overall . I hope they don't go out of business due to online retails. Some stuff is just better to buy in person such as office supplies and service than online.”
“I placed an order for a relatively large print job (236 pages) with spiral binding. I placed the order late on Thursday night with an estimated completing by 5pm on Friday. I recorded an email at about 9am that my order was ready for pick up. The pick up process was fast and the print quality (and binding ) were perfect. In addition, the cost was significantly less expensive than Staples and/or Kinkos-FedEx. I will be doing all of my printing going forward at Office Depot! Cannot recommend high enough!!!”

Our intial contacts were because we had a computer or network problem that was disrupting our work and they were able to resolve these every time, which is not always the case with other tech services we used previuosly. “One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”

“I’m giving this location four stars only due to the fact that I called their location literally right before I went in within minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I tried five times.
Then when I arrived just 3 to 4 minutes later, there was literally two employees in the store and no one else…. it was almost comical.
I almost said something, but knew that it wouldn’t do any good.
GameStop, if this location is slow on sales not answering, the phone is a good indicator as to why .

“I had a generally positive experience at this Apple Store. The staff was friendly and professional, and the appointment-only system keeps things organized. However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The technician tried to help with my phone, which was stuck in recovery mode, but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it and said it was basically only good for salvage. Not the outcome I hoped for, but the service was courteous throughout.”
