However, it is very conveniently located, and since it's smaller, it was very easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was super polite and asked if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. Everyone was polite, outgoing, and pleasant. Of course, I'll be back!”

“I see a lot of people have expressed their displeasure with this store, but I can only speak to my experience. I was looking for a chair leg pad that I had tried to get at Jabo's, (which surprisingly they didn't have) , so they referred me to McDonnell's. I showed them what I was looking for and they took me right to the spot to find it. I know I wouldn't be able to find this part at a Home Depot or Lowes. McDonnell's may be my new go to for hardware. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful.”

From the time you walk in to the store, everyone is welcoming, kind and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I ordered a grill as a birthday present to be delivered for my boyfriend's birthday. Not only did they assemble and deliver it, but Michael sent a special Happy Birthday message as a surprise the night before. “I just wanted to leave the fantastic employees at Lennox Parts Plus an excellent review. I knew absolutely nothing about my daughter's unit and what parts it would need. Jason and Karen were great and explained to me what parts I needed to be able to get her air-conditioner back on line again. They have such a vast inventory there and they were able to send me back to my daughter's home with all that I needed within minutes. They showed such great customer service and such knowledge.
