Every staff member, from Milena who cheerfully checked me in, to Alexia, who wrote me such a kind note, to Amoni, who messaged me the day before to see if I needed anything, showed such genuine kindness and professionalism that sets such a strong standard for the Grand Hyatt brand. This hotel is indeed just steps away from TSA, and I cannot commend this property enough for the service everyone provides to its guests. “Great staycation night here. This is a large property. From my experience I can really only compare it to a Las Vegas sized hotel. They have several full service restaurants, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, on-site shopping. They have their own waterpark (only for hotel guests) on the property, but its about a half mile from the main hotel. They have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the waterpark.The waterpark is great. An area for little kids, an area for a little older/kids and a lazy river. Restaurant and bar onsite at the waterpark.Lots of things for kids to do. Check the website in advance to learn about paid art classes, cooking classes, scavenger hunts, etc.Expect to pay. Parking as of Spring 2022 was $22/day for selfpark. $20/day for resort fee. And the rooms themselves are more than comparable 4 star rooms in DT Dallas. But again, this is a large property that has more to do and amenities than you'd expect from other hotels.”

“This was one of, if not the most, accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. The manager helped me adjust my 3rd Party Reservation to save me money, and while the manager was unable to provide me with an EXTREMELY early check-in (which is 100% reasonable) they provided me a room that I could hang out in, conduct business, and wait for my room to be ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am back in Arlington, TX.

“Went to Drop at the International departure, Terminal D, DFW. So suddenly made a plan to have some quick bites. Me and Family went to Hyatt Regency Lounge located at Terminal D.
Ordered House Burger, Fries, Drinks and Tiramisu.
This lounge is really nice with a very great view and seating arrangement for Dine in and general accommodation.
They have nice bar.
Service was really good. Very welcoming. They have complimentary Chocolate cookies and cold water for Guests which is really great.
Food was really good. We really enjoyed.
Place food service overall was we had a very nice experience.
Definitely I will recommend this place.
Even though anyone wants to have a jice time can go with friends and family.
Has parking. You can park at the terminal parking.”

“Super comfortable stay for an overnight layover at DFW. The hotel was accommodating of our schedule and let us check out a little later than normal so we could relax in our room a little longer. Mr. Cookie the shuttle driver was a hoot and made getting to and from the airport a blast!”

“It didn't get a 5 star because of two things 1) they charge you $5/ day to park. 2) They don't offer breakfast. You need to bring your own food and prepare it yourself.
Rooms: The rooms are set up for an extended stay. Small kitchen and fairly large refrigerator.
Comfortable bed and chair. Could use another chair if a couple stays. Large room and bathroom.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, and the staff was nice and helpful. Initially, we booked a ‘Loft style’ room, but it felt a bit odd for our needs. However, the front desk staff were accommodating and promptly moved us to a regular room, which was much more comfortable. ☺️”
“Whenever I stayed at this hotel, I actually enjoyed my time after having multiple not so good hotel stays. Whenever the one thing I would say is whenever I was checking in this wonderful gentleman named Luka checked me in. He was very nice and I had a very nice conversation about it, breakfast was nice and I have no complaints. And whenever I asked for towels the next morning this wonderful women named Jessica not only gave me towels, but also gave me a bathmat and an Oreo because I had brought my kids with me and they said they wanted a snack. Wonderful experience, Only complaint I have is that I left so soon”

“I have been staying at this Studio 6 location since mid April 2023. I travel for work and change work locations often, so renting regular apartments makes no sense. I’ve stayed at other Studio 6 locations over the years longer term, but this location is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you would need, very modern and very clean. Plus unlimited access to all utilities, as well as full cable and unlimited free WiFi are included in the price. The rates are great for long term stays, you cannot beat the weekly price. It’s a very safe property and as a woman traveling alone that is must. But my favorite thing about this property is how wonderful the management and staff are. The manager Mrs. Priti goes above and beyond to keep the property running smoothly and is so friendly. Mrs. Myra that works the front desk is always so helpful and kind. Both of those ladies truly do everything possible to make your stay a pleasant experience. I will continue to enjoy my stay here at the property and recommend it to anyone traveling.”
“Great place to stay! Modern rooms, nice common area with a pool table and games. The pool area is beautiful and the bar is inviting. Public wifi. Free parking. Great staff. Our only issue was that our room (223) seemed to be in a dead zone, with spotty cell reception.”

“Stayed here as it’s close the airport and Grapevine Mills shopping complex. Rooms and Hotel in general were dated but was fine for a nights stay. Service exceptional from check in was given a late check out as I had a late flight out that night. Reception staff Monica & Ilana were both very helpful and assisted me with all my concerns. Free Shuttle to Downtown Grapevine with Jake as the driver and DFW Airport made things very convenient. Shopping & Food options across the road were excellent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Bianca at the front desk was cheerful and helpful! Everything was clean.My only disappointment was the hot tub is no longer there, it was replaced by a new gazebo grilling area. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, just a disappointment for my kids. But we still had a blast in the pool!The breakfast area and options were great. Nothing out of the ordinary per se, but just solid choices.Rooms: We had the largest room with two bedrooms, including two queen beds, a king bed, two bathrooms, kitchen area and a living room. Absolutely perfect for a family of 6 like ours! We only stayed one night and everyone wished we had stayed multiple nights.We couldn’t hear the freeway like some reviews have mentioned, but we do sleep with the fan on. Plus our room faced the courtyard where the pool is, which is opposite of the freeway.”
