“Booked a 3 night stay and upon arrival the power was out. The beautiful young lady ( that had only been employed there for 2 weeks )at the reception desk explained the situation and did an amazing job at resolving any issues with customers. She was very professional and resolved all issues,personally escorted all visitors to their rooms due to key card program issue. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We lost our connecting flight (due to slow processing in DFW airport (it took us 1:50 min to reach the connecting flight but we reached there as the desk agent took the last passengers in but refused to to allows to board. We reached the hotel around 11 pm. Checked in and walked to the Waffle House for food. All was well except the hotel airport shuttle started at 4 am and the next one was an hour later. As we needed to leave 4:30 am (to make sure we do not miss our flight. We used a taxi to avoid missing our flight.Nearby activities: Waffle House.Noteworthy details: Morning Airport shuttle service is not frequent enough to the airport.”
