“I love staying at this hotel. Target, restaurants, Dave and Busters, etc. are all in walking distance. Aloft brand provides a consistent experience.

The in-hotel market is lacking options and is sparse now compared to the past...but this hotel is great and I always look forward to staying here.”

“Solid location plenty of restaurants around close by the room are clean and spacious but the set up is ok can have better accommodations. Beds and restrooms are nice and clean bed somewhat comfortable. Overall would come again but not for long stays”

“Missed my connection at DFW. This place is close to the airport. The room was clean and the price was very reasonable. I would stay there again if I ever find myself in that situation again.”

“The accommodations are a bed, armoire; LARGE TV with basic cable+local channels/remote; small fridge with seperate freezer; mircowave oven. There is open air coin operated laundry but the area is unkept and it does not appear that most of the machines are in operation.
The morning staff are a cut above that would give 4 star hotel a run for its money.
The morning property manager is a ray of golden sunshine with a smile who continoisly works hard to enhance the quality of the establishments offerings for its patrons.
The room Servicer has a keen eye for detail and thoroughly cleans each room upon checkout (linens are changed, fresh towels etc)
If you havent stayed here in over a year you would be very impressed with the improved conditions.
The Euless PD has done a fantastic job of collecting the areas trouble makers and the property is very pleasant and quiet now.
The property owner has spent the last year diligently raising the quaility of each rooms accomodations: new beds, new air conditioners, new top blankets/new linen bed clothes, new television, NEW STAFF, and enforcing the law to keep criminal activity off the property.
I would recommend this motel to others now.
* The reason the location is only 2 stars is not the motels fault but that this side of Euless has limited resources and zero entertainment options.
**High point though is that the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport is only 3 miles away, downtown Ft. Worth is 15 minutes away, and downtown Dallas is only 17 minutes away (times are approximate at no traffic conditions).

“Our hotel was complimentary due to American airline flight cancellation. Pleasantly surprised with great shuttle service and spacious rooms. The flakey biscuits and breakfast sausage gravy were of restaurant quality—soooo delicious. Very helpful and courteous front desk manager. We had a choice of hotels and this was a great choice.”

“I stayed with the hotel for about a week due to business and ended my visit yesterday morning and boy let me tell you the front desk woman is so insufferable she has the worst attitude as if she doesn’t want to do her job. she isn’t customer service friendly she doesn’t say thank you or have a good day she is just plain out RUDE and argumentative. When needing items for my room or needing any type of accommodation she claims she doesn’t know she can’t or she is just dismissive The hotel was nice though I could just do with out the nonchalant woman upfront and I use the word woman very loosely I don’t know who hired her but it would probably work in your best interest to fire her she is very damaging to the brand. Other wise this would be a five star review she gave me anxiety anytime I had to come in contact with her I’ll will forsure be staying someone where else next go around”
