“For someone needing a safe place to go in times of struggle, this is it. If you're avoiding a shelter or going through something and you're strapped on cash, I recommend! They're kind hearted staff members who are willing to accommodate. They overlooked the yelling and tantrums my littles had during our transition which was a big game changer! They are patrolled by the Bedford Police all throughout the night to prevent any trouble making. 7-11 is directly across the street for a late night snack. Jack in the box and taco bell sitting next door to the motel sharing parking lots with them. They don't bug or bother you at all. After staying a few weeks, I did run into a roach or two from the laundry I had lazily accumulated for all of my young occupants. No working ice machine and vending machines are inoperable, as well. They have a mini fridge with suuuper cold canned sodas. They allowed me to hold my things in their little conference area until i could run to my storage. We had a miscommunication at the new motel we were due to go to after we'd packed up from this motel. They work with you if you're honorable to them!Nearby activities: Bedford YMCA with financial aid optionsEasy access to Cheeksbarger Walmart and all things that direction by 121 but also near the other side of HEB for things closer to anything you need by or through Hurst/183.Safety: Patrolled by BedfordNoteworthy details: Things look a little ran down which can seem like foreshadowing to a bad stay but that's the opposite. Safe place for someone avoiding sleeping in a shelter or needing somewhere to go in times of hardship. Someone needing peace in tough times, they don't harass you or ask questions.”

“Bianca at the front desk was cheerful and helpful! Everything was clean. My only disappointment was the hot tub is no longer there, it was replaced by a new gazebo grilling area. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, just a disappointment for my kids. But we still had a blast in the pool! The breakfast area and options were great. Nothing out of the ordinary per se, but just solid choices.Rooms: We had the largest room with two bedrooms, including two queen beds, a king bed, two bathrooms, kitchen area and a living room. Absolutely perfect for a family of 6 like ours! We only stayed one night and everyone wished we had stayed multiple nights. We couldn’t hear the freeway like some reviews have mentioned, but we do sleep with the fan on. Plus our room faced the courtyard where the pool is, which is opposite of the freeway.”

“The cleanliness of the bed, blanket, bathroom, floor and furniture was very good. A variety of shower products were provided. There is a Starbucks convenience store nearby (walking distance), so you can get a quick snack. Shuttles run every 30 minutes between the airport and hotels. If the time is not right, call the hotel and press 0 to be connected to the front desk and receive detailed information. Moreover, there was a Korean person who had been working there for 6 years, so I was guided so comfortably that there was no inconvenience at all. The shopping mall guide there was a godsend?. The friendliness of the driver was also the best. I highly recommend it to my friends if they are going to the Dallas airport. It is very good value for money. Five stars!!:) I stayed for one night without any discomfort or difficulties.”

“Great staycation night here. This is a large property. From my experience I can really only compare it to a Las Vegas sized hotel. They have several full service restaurants, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, on-site shopping. They have their own waterpark (only for hotel guests) on the property, but its about a half mile from the main hotel. They have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the waterpark. The waterpark is great. An area for little kids, an area for a little older/kids and a lazy river. Restaurant and bar onsite at the waterpark.Lots of things for kids to do. Check the website in advance to learn about paid art classes, cooking classes, scavenger hunts, etc.Expect to pay. Parking as of Spring 2022 was $22/day for selfpark. $20/day for resort fee. And the rooms themselves are more than comparable 4 star rooms in DT Dallas. But again, this is a large property that has more to do and amenities than you'd expect from other hotels.”

“Rooms were clean, polite front desk, nice conference space, better gym than most (although not super fancy), and really nice indoor pool area. Business conference safe/approved IMO.”

“Accommodation and the room along with the hotel aesthetics are great. What it lacks is good customer service. I booked this room for my family who came from out of state for a funeral. The last thing they needed was a rude desk agent who acted like they were being bothered and was very judgmental in a way that they did not believe my BIL would “afford” such hotel. After a few hassles, they finally got their room. It was just for the night. So the next day when they were checking out there were no “How was your stay?” or “have a nice day” … again acting like they were being bothered to do their job. 100% not going to book another room here and will never recommend to anybody I know. My family was already sad with a loss, they had to endure terrible customer service. Tragic.”

“I loved the attention of the staff but especially Ariadna, super cute and attentive, you can see that she likes her job, few people put in the effort that she puts inHe also helped me with my English because it is not very good and he is always super respectful.”

“Kiatano and Dan helped us check in and out, they were amazing! Super friendly service and made the experience great. Kiatano gave us the whole run down in the beginning and was a big help. Terminal A location.Clean and quiet rooms that fit up to 2 and just what we needed after our flight got delayed. They have drinks/snacks for extra fees and a TV to watch. They provide pillows and blankets as well. Minimum time to use is 1 hour.”

“Cool location to be in if you’re out of Town needing a room for the night,Nice looking Hotel on the outside, my downside about our hotel room was it was made for an Handicap person especially the bathroom,if you take a shower you’re going to need six extra towels so you won’t slip and fall on the floor, but other than that everything was good, there’s no free complimentary Morning Breakfast but that’s why they have an entire kitchen in your room so you can make your own ijs.”

“Had trouble with booking and rate when we arrived but the following morning they made it all right. Our room smelled like marijuana so they switched our rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Restaurant is on location so no free breakfast. They do have a shuttle service for events for $20 a person per way. The location was good would stay here again.”

“It was clean and comfortable as always with free breakfast and they always have decent breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the location it was in because it was too loud even at 3 AM at night. But the closest one from the airport.”

“We LOVED our stay here! The location was incredible being so close to restaurants and shops. We stayed here over Christmas and everything was decorated beautifully. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the gym was updated. Would highly recommend staying here!Rooms: Rooms were very updated and clean, the beds were very comfortable too.Nearby activities: Southlake shopping center is right there, with every shop and restaurant imaginable. “We lost our connecting flight (due to slow processing in DFW airport (it took us 1:50 min to reach the connecting flight but we reached there as the desk agent took the last passengers in but refused to to allows to board. We reached the hotel around 11 pm. Checked in and walked to the Waffle House for food. All was well except the hotel airport shuttle started at 4 am and the next one was an hour later. As we needed to leave 4:30 am (to make sure we do not miss our flight. We used a taxi to avoid missing our flight.Nearby activities: Waffle House.Noteworthy details: Morning Airport shuttle service is not frequent enough to the airport.”

“Stayed at the Delta hotel on a girls trip for a friend's birthday. It was very nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. The lobby and bar were nice and cozy. The room was very nicely laid out and the shuttle service was great and efficient. I wish I would have taken pictures. I totally forgot. It is a very nice place to stay. We didn't spend lot of time in the hotel, but did spend some time in the bar for some drinks while waiting to go out to dinner. There is a restaurant in the hotel that I have heard is VERY good, but we already had reservations elsewhere. We will definitely be going back to try the restaurant. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is very easy to find and close to the highway, but not in walking distance of anything in Southlake Town Center or restaurants nearby. There is a shuttle that will take you there and back during the day and early evening, but you will have to Uber/ride share later in the evening to return to the hotel.”

“Jamie (hostess)was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She guided me to all the different restaurants around the hotel. She also mentioned the hotel restaurant. I decided to go to the restaurant. The bar tender (James) was very nice and made great drinks. His service was on point.”

“This is a fantastic idea for people like me with delayed flights. 48 dollars to get horizontal and rest comfortably in a clean place, in an airport in a Major city that completely Shut Down at 9p.m on a Saturday night! Wish it had a bathroom in the space, but well worth it.”

“The Hotels location is extremely helpful when you need to be close to the airport, and run errands in Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Very Clean Rooms Check in and out process was a breeze, the complimentary 24hr Coffee availability very helpful and needed. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in DFW.”

“The hotel was very nice. It was so refreshing to be in a room that actually provided a good amount of lighting, and had bulbs that were on the daylight/cool side instead of the dim/warm lights that majority of hotels have. However, where this hotel shined was with their shuttle service to DFW. Upon arrival I let the hotel know that I wanted to use the shuttle for my extremely early flight and I was able to pick my time either on the top or bottom of the hour. At 3:30am Wilmer (spelling might be incorrect) was waiting for me and made the early morning drive to the airport a wonderful experience. He was such a pleasure to talk to and got me there via a safe and comfortable ride. I normally dread the awkward shuttle rides and, after this experience, any future drivers will have a high standard to match. When I travel to Dallas in the future, I will stay at this hotel strictly because of Wilmer. This hotel has an absolute gem with this man so make sure you hold onto him!”

“The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and across from the 1st Six Flags. The hotel seems recently renovated, and the contractor did a good job. The hotel is very nice and clean with an onsite restaurant. There's a lounge for guests opens 24 hours if you need drinks or coffee with an espresso machine. Free shuttle service within 3 miles. Services are excellent with friendly staff. Leah, one of the staff, checked us to make sure everything was ok and meeting their expectations. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and a small gym with modern equipment. The only issue I have with this hotel is the linen dust in the room. I can't say they didn't vacuum, but my phone was covered with linen when I woke up.Rooms: Very cleanNearby activities: Six Flags is across the highwayFood & drinks: Many restaurants within walking distance and on site”

“The hotel provided an exceptional experience, thanks largely to its incredibly cordial staff. Located conveniently close to the airport, it offers easy access to both Fort Worth and Dallas, making it ideal for travelers looking to explore the area. Additionally, its proximity to the American Airlines Campus is a significant plus. The surrounding area is notably peaceful, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustling city life. This combination of friendly service, strategic location, and quiet environment makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.Rooms: They were clean, spacious, and quiet.Food & drinks: The breakfast was absolutely delicious, well made.”
