3000 Hwy 121, BedfordI had a wonderful experience bringing my 13-year-old cat here. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate.
Dr. Wallace Graham was amazing. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and had such a warm and friendly bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable, funny and made both my cat and I feel very comfortable throughout the visit.
The technicians were also amazing. Sam handled my cat with such patience and care. What stood out most was how comfortable my cat seemed with her. Even though vet visits can be stressful, he was affectionate, relaxed, and even head-butted Sam which goes to show how well he was treated (for those unfamiliar with cats, that is a sign of affection!).
I also want to express how incredibly appreciative and grateful I am for the free exam and complementary dose of flea prevention. It really is such a generous offer and that made the already great experience even better.
I’m so happy and relieved I found a veterinarian that made me feel comfortable and I left feeling confident that my cat was in excellent hands. I’ll be returning with my other cat and plan to make this clinic our primary vet. Thank you so much!
