1856 Precinct Line Rd #108, HurstI have had 3 little chihuahuas spayed here. They are great doctors. I didn't have any problems with my girls. Their shots, heartworm, flea and tick medications are a lot cheaper. I go there each year for shots and heartworm testing and meds.

520 Grapevine Hwy Suite 400 #400, Hurstso happy to have this place close to home! very fair pricing for the services i’ve gotten and the vet techs are always so kind and easygoing with my nervous cats. i have a cat with asthma who comes in once a year to be seen and each time, his condition and options for continued treatment are very well explained. literally the only “complaint” i have is that the office is so quiet i wish there was music or something lol. but i’m sure most pets love the calm. this office also calls to follow up how your pet is doing after treatment, which is a lovely touch!

I should have followed-up in person or by phone when I didn't hear back. As of now, I'm very satisfied with their response and am anxious to return for the great service and even better food, though I'll be sure to check to-go orders before departing next time.
ORIGNAL REVIEW:
I've been going to V's house for a while, and their in-restaurant experience is excellent.
However, I ordered online pickup for the first time a few weeks ago now and there was an issue with my order that they've essentially ghosted me on. They handed me sealed/packaged food that I didn't notice was missing an add-on until I got home. I called to advise them of the issue and ask for an adjustment. They asked that I send them a picture over email, but never heard back from them when I did. Follow-up messages have also gone unanswered.
It stinks that a sub-$5 add-on has essentially stained my impression of the business but that's where we stand, and cost them a loyal often-repeat customer
