“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”

Very soft spoken but very knowledgeable about the processing of my mail since I moved from my past address. He personally contacted the route driver to further assist. He offered a resolution as well. I couldn’t help but be satisfied with the helpful intent to help me resolve my matter. All of the clerks was kind and working professionally to assist everyone. “I called this branch and had someone answer the phone which was surprising, knowing how busy these post offices can be.
A very nice man looked into my package issue which was stuck out there, instead of being delivered to Fort Worth. He assured me it will be resent to Fort Worth post office and I should receive it in 1-2 days.
It's now the second day and it's currently out for delivery. Thanks to the gentleman who resolved my issue.”

“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”
