“Travis was wonderful. After having a bad experience at the postal service on Harwood, he really turned my day around. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been so helpful and charming.”

“Thanks to the employee named Erica who helped me process the passport form and did the paperwork. I was fortunate enough to take in the walk in hours on website. It's hard to get an appointment online so I went to the post office here. Totally appreciate Erica's service!!!

P.S. the guy at the post office said that they r short staffed. That's why it's hard to find post office that's available for passport. The website isn't updated. Get mad at the website people. Smh not at the staff.”

“This is a well-known secret for locals, but others need to know because it is such a gem of a find. This is the post office on Cannon Drive, right off of 26 (if you're exiting Kroger for example, keep going through the light, you'll hit Canon and the post office will be on the right) and is the only post office serving 76054. I actually look forward to going to the post office. Staff are friendly, funny, professional, and actually seem to enjoy serving us folks. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Scott Cranfill. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lorena Parks, who is an excellent addition. Last but not least is the new director of that location. Mrs. Bianca Davis. I had come in as I had not received mail in several days and didn't know if there was some kind of problem. Turned out that my regular carrier is out on health leave, and a filler was doing their darndest to learn the route and get settled. That explained it. She assured me that she would look into it personally and that afternoon my mail arrived 2 hours earlier than normal. Quick results with that place. Highly recommend, they have a great selection of cards, all the stuff you need for priority mail, oodles of stamps, and all together a bright and cheerful place. And yes they have private post office boxes. The post office is starting to shutter locations nationwide. I fervently entreaty those who might use this location, to speak up. It's worth your time.”

“I have to honestly say I hate going to the post office there are usually long lines and the customer service is usually not great. But if the Post Offices around the USA had more people like Tony working there it would be amazing. Tony helped me with my large box that was too big for my items. He also helped me print my return label and my package was ready to ship. I noticed how patient he was helping a lady get her passport together he was so nice. I appreciate him for being professional and kind. I usually leave the post office frustrated but not today I left with a smile.”

“I would like to show my gratitude to my letter carrier today. She went beyond the call of duty. My husband took a fall just outside our front door. She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. All I can say she delivered mail to 615 Warrington Lane on June 18th. Many, many thanks to her.”

“We recently had our daughter's passport application appointment at our local USPS office, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks entirely to Patricia!
Patricia was incredibly thorough and professional from start to finish. She took the time to carefully review every detail of our paperwork and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. She made sure everything was filled out correctly, which gave us total peace of mind.
The photo process was quick and painless. The whole appointment felt organized and well-handled, and we were in and out faster than we expected.
She turned what could have been a daunting errand into a genuinely pleasant experience.”

“The man behind the counter that helped me 5 star service. He was so nice and helpful. He was not trained and couldn’t help with someone else’s passport. I know that’s a bummer for some.”

The communication was flawless, I appreciate so much!

“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”

“The lady in front desk was so fast enough to give customer service. She was fast and I like her attitude.

Her name in badge is Maida.

I think good people deserve good reviews.”

“I want to sincerely thank the staff at the Grand Prairie USPS office for going above and beyond to help me locate a package sent from overseas. Due to a ZIP code error, the package was delayed and difficult to track. For a while, no one could tell where it was. Thankfully, the team at this location took the time to investigate and were finally able to locate it. The package was at a different USPS location. They called me when they found the package and even helped arrange with the other USPS branch for me to pick it up in person. The two staff members I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful and patient, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you again!”

“It's a post office. Pretty good size. Friendly postal workers work here. It's where I go to post things. Things go from here to other people if you pay them. It works. They also do passport renewals if yours is expired or just newals if you dont have one.”

“I was kind of skeptical at first going to this post office because of the rating, but I don’t know what y’all talking about. I was here first thing in the morning on a Friday and I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and I had no problems!”

“My grandmother would always tell me "people don't have to be nice". I've gone to this location several times for my job and for personal mailings. Clerk #8 has always been very courteous, kind and professional. She's helpful and explains in detail mailing options. She's very knowledgeable about the USPS. Please allow this location to be a flagship location for Post Office's for DFW.”

“I am a wedding stationer and it’s SUPER important to me that the hours of hard work I put into my client’s invitations get the attention and care they deserve. I recently started going to this post office because of the WONDERFUL ladies that work there. Shelia, Rhonda, and Felicia go above and beyond to help me calculate postage and ensure any non-machineable postage gets sorted properly. I really appreciate their help and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they care about their jobs and making sure they do the best they can to ensure the mail gets delivered!”

“Alice Tran is very supportive. The black lady on the left counter is pretty new and she wanted to charge me $7 for an empty plastic bag even when I already have the QR code for the return service. Alice was too busy but she helped to explain that lady and helped me to make the transaction very smooth. 5 stars for Alice Tran.”

“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”
