“Last week my husband and I rented a van to help us buy a fridge from Sam's club. There was a mix up with the mileage that was reported on the previous rental. The general manager, Audrianna, at this location was wonderful! She helped us fix the mileage so that we wouldn't be charged the extra miles that we didn't drive. Thank you Audrianna!”

Customer service the day of pick up was excellent (I think her name was Christina or Christine) she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in making sure that we selected the correct miles and equipment for our move. Her friendly yet professional demeanor is the type of customer experience that would 100% make me a repeat customer. Moving is stressful enough especially in this Texas heat? but thank you Christine/Christina for making this a positive experience.”

In fact I would definitely choose them over Hogan even if they charged more. “Hands down….the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received. ANYWHERE. Started on a Saturday just before closing time with Matthew Moniak. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, & most of all FRIENDLY! We then returned on a later date to pick up the truck we reserved….& came across Yesenia Pérez. She was VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! She had the rare combination of COMPETENCE & CHARISMA! We still had questions about our rental. Yesenia was able to answer all of them, & even help us out a little bit more on the price! Thank you BOTH. Their business cards say Management Trainee. I TRULY HOPE PENSKE KNOWS & VALUES WHAT THEY HAVE WITH THESE TWO AWESOME INDIVIDUALS!!!! “I buy equipment all over the country and if it's a long distance purchase, I'll fly and rent a truck to drive it back home to Florida.Last week I reserved a truck and flew 1500 mile to Dallas. When I got there everything went as normal until Samantha pulled up in my truck. I took a look at it and noticed that the overhead door was too low for the load I was picking up.I told her that this truck wouldn't work and why.She spun around toward the door of the office and said, "Well then, lets go find you a truck."After a few clicks and a couple of phone calls she was able to locate the perfect option and even paid for an Uber ride to get me there - all with a happy to help - very professional attitude. I could not possible have been more grateful.Just when I thought that true customer service was a thing of the past, I found it at Penske Truck Rental in Irving Texas.Sami saved my day and my trip! I don't know, being 1500 miles from home, what I would have done without her.Thank you to the Penske Team and especially you Sami! The U-Haul I rented was old but adequate …the shocks were worn out so my cargo took a beating and so did I. I would still recommend this location. They have plenty of trucks on site. Next time, I’ll ask for a newer truck so I can rate it 5/5.”
