Chris spent THREE HOURS on the phone with customer service advocating for us, making sure our plans were actually corrected, saving us money, and getting my own plan up to date with an upgrade. He was incredibly patient through the whole thing and never once made it feel like i was a hassle, which honestly meant a lot because it was a painfully long process. More than anything, Chris genuinely cared about getting things right for us and made sure i left feeling taken care of. Seriously, the best kind of customer service and a huge credit to Verizon—thank you, Chris!”

“I purchased a dash cam with a rear camera as a way to make myself feel safer out in Austin traffic. Apparently people just like to run into the back of my car, because it's happened 3 times in the last few years. (For the record, none of these wrecks have been my fault!) I figure a dash cam might be of some value when dealing with the insurance companies.After calling around, I found that Best Buy has the best installation prices for front and rear cameras. Very pleased with the ease of getting the appointment, having the work done, and the lifetime installation warranty. Chris Lopez did a great job, and he was a very patient with all my questions. I definitely recommend this location for your installation needs.”
