“I can't say enough good things about this place. Addison and the rest of the staff are first-rate, knowledgeable, and have helped me move my project forward in ways even the professional engineering firms I inquired with couldn't. If you need information about 3D printing, help with CAD design, or many other services, this is the place.”

“I came into Verizon thinking I was just going to make a simple change to my phone plan, and instead we found a HUGE error on my mom’s and my account from a previous store. Chris spent THREE HOURS on the phone with customer service advocating for us, making sure our plans were actually corrected, saving us money, and getting my own plan up to date with an upgrade. He was incredibly patient through the whole thing and never once made it feel like i was a hassle, which honestly meant a lot because it was a painfully long process. More than anything, Chris genuinely cared about getting things right for us and made sure i left feeling taken care of. Seriously, the best kind of customer service and a huge credit to Verizon—thank you, Chris!”

“This store has always looks extremely clean and well organized! Great prices for the items they carry. Have been consistently coming to this 5 Below for a little over 2 years. Over the years I have become familiar with the staff and the Assistant manager Melanie is a staple there. She is very knowledgeable about the products and helpful with anything I need. If this company was smart they would have made her the Manager. It's sad to see such a revolving door at these places. You can never get to know anyone.”

“I love Target! I curbside order from there way too often and this location is always super fast and never messes up my order. I love that you can add a Starbucks drink or food to your order.”

“The best store in that area, with a good loyalty program. This store takes care about its employees and pays good rates, so a little bit higher prices went to cover good quality for everyone.”

“Walked in and asked a guy to point me to a good phone case. I was tired of looking for a case that needs to protect my brand new Samsung S26 Ultra. He simply opened a box, put my phone in the case, and said it's guaranteed to not break. He helped me pay for it, and I was gone in less than 5 minutes. That's how I like to shop! Well done Best Buy.”

“I purchased a dash cam with a rear camera as a way to make myself feel safer out in Austin traffic. Apparently people just like to run into the back of my car, because it's happened 3 times in the last few years. (For the record, none of these wrecks have been my fault!) I figure a dash cam might be of some value when dealing with the insurance companies. After calling around, I found that Best Buy has the best installation prices for front and rear cameras. Very pleased with the ease of getting the appointment, having the work done, and the lifetime installation warranty. Chris Lopez did a great job, and he was a very patient with all my questions. I definitely recommend this location for your installation needs.”
