I do believe this is a 5 star company.We ran into a few issues which were due to a major lack of communication and initial statements that were made thru our process of having a ring repaired and a valuable family watch.At the end of the day, Bruce called me and wholeheartedly apologized and they performed all the services at no cost. He was extremely disappointed and made no excuses for them dropping the ball.I will say this much as a small business owner with 4.9 stars on Google. Stuff happens and you cannot allows control your employees and sometimes things get overlooked. Most importantly, you admit it and stand behind your company morals.I happened to be one of those rare occasions. Yet, they went beyond what I would have asked for the frustration.In summary, a great business that stands behind everything they do. No excuses and extremely customer focused. We honestly need more businesses following these ehtics.I would love to give them 5 stars. But one star short because I had to reach out to them.”
