“I wanted to get my hat steamed/reshaped after many years of abuse, and they fixed it right up. My son found a shirt he had to have that was super soft, and I went home with some awesome new boots. They had some cute dresses at really good prices that I was eyeing up, so I will definitely be back. “I rarely ever go out but recently I needed to get out and I ended up in this lovely Boutique. It was very clean and all the rules were well followed. Philip has great fashion sense and is sweetly very honest! I found some really amazing pieces for me and my Husband so ladies just know you can bring him a little something to [I know I did and he loved it]! Right near green parking and has lots of amazing pieces. I love my wardrobe and this place is an official staple in my go to's! Dressing rooms were spacious and clean with a handful of hooks, yay. After finding 5 or 6 great pieces we shared a glass of wine {while social distancing don't worry). I was a great experience and I will be back to get some fun boudoir shots done! Ladies what do ya say? great gift for valentines day or anniversary gifts. Or just do it cause it make you happy! When I find great places I like to give them the deserved praise they are owed. I 100% recommend this place!”

“J.Jill never disappoints. I'm not much of a shopper. I sew a lot of my own clothes but when I want something special, J.Jill is my favorite go to clothing store. I always find lovely blouses that fit. Plus the quality of their garments is the best. I purchased two tops for the coming up soon holidays. The two knit tops I purchased both feel so good. I feel so pretty. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in helping find what I was looking for. The pricing was appropriate, not cheap but I was looking for a well made, quality, and attractive blouse. I expected to pay full price. Loved the whole experience.”

“Absolutely amazing quality of product and customer service. My girlfriend purchased a pair of the Toe Cap Boots in the green color for me as a gift from a show in Houston at the Sawyer Yards around Valentine's Day 2020. There was a great salesman (younger, tall guy) there at the modified Humvee military truck on display and he helped walk me through the features of the shoes and comparisons between the different styles and colors.He lended me a shoe horn and I immediately felt as if I had put on perfectly hand crafted premium leather shoes that were made just for my feet... it was like slipping my feet into butter, then standing on clouds, and then having the boot support of a quality shoe that will hold up to any sort of work you throw at it.I also managed to call the posted phone number a week later on a Sunday afternoon with some leather care questions, and they answered with great feedback with a smile you could HEAR through the phone, not a bother in the world... now THAT is some good stuff...Amazing... “Let me start off by saying the beginning of the summer at DSW is not great.. Such a weird shift because everything seemed very picked through and the beautiful colorful shoes in the spring time we’re almost nonexistent, so it made what I was looking for more difficult.. Which was a white dressy sandal with flowers that my dog so nicely chewed up… I was shopping for a replacement. I was helped by a gentleman named ELADIO. It’s been a long time since somebody has gone above and beyond looking for anything for me. It would be an understatement to say he looked hard. He poured through Clearance racks, looking for the one pair that it showed in their system. I had given up and walked away when I was able to locate one of them misplaced, and he then returned and went aisle aisle, and was able to find it stuck in another box. I cannot even begin to tell you how much gratitude I have because of the time, patience and understanding he showed all for a sandal. This is the reason to post a review..THANK YOU ELADIO”
“We visited this location in sunset valley today looking to buy a Yeti cooler for our upcoming beach family vacation. We purchased the yeti cooler online and Riley processed our order while we waited. She was very kind in providing us a 10% military discount today due to being unable to come in yesterday 4th of July since the heavy rains had kept us home. I am very thankful and appreciative of Riley and her team in providing us excellent customer service with a very friendly attitude. We have been customers at this sunset valley location for decades and each time we visit we leave with a great shopping experience.
