I wandered the mall looking for a white outfit for my wedding shower—came up empty until I found this store. Janet Cooley welcomed me and helped me find all the white outfits in the store. She was determined to help me. I tried on this gorgeous white romper. Janet made me feel like I was shopping with my family - she checked on me, helped me with sizing, and gave me compliments to make me feel good about my decision. “Absolutely amazing quality of product and customer service. My girlfriend purchased a pair of the Toe Cap Boots in the green color for me as a gift from a show in Houston at the Sawyer Yards around Valentine's Day 2020. There was a great salesman (younger, tall guy) there at the modified Humvee military truck on display and he helped walk me through the features of the shoes and comparisons between the different styles and colors.He lended me a shoe horn and I immediately felt as if I had put on perfectly hand crafted premium leather shoes that were made just for my feet... it was like slipping my feet into butter, then standing on clouds, and then having the boot support of a quality shoe that will hold up to any sort of work you throw at it.I also managed to call the posted phone number a week later on a Sunday afternoon with some leather care questions, and they answered with great feedback with a smile you could HEAR through the phone, not a bother in the world... now THAT is some good stuff...Amazing... “Let me start by saying that Valeria Lopez needs a raise and some PTO after this weekend! I came into Buckle with my daughter on Friday 8/7 for tax free weekend and I wasn’t not feeling well at all. I tried to power through it for the sake of school shopping but when I stepped into Buckle everything went downhill FAST. As my daughter was trying on jeans in the fitting room Valeria came up to me and asked if I needed a chair, when I said yes she went to grab one and that’s when it went downhill…. The next thing I knew I was violently throwing up everywhere, into a bag, on the floor, on myself.. she came rushing over and offered me the employees bathroom. I kept saying sorry, and that I felt so bad, but she never once actually made feel bad or embarrassed. She grabbed my hand and led me there, mind you, I was covered in vomit, including my hands 😭.
Once I finished up in the bathroom and came out she was at the end of cleaning up my mess, which I could’ve done myself but she was so nice to go ahead and clean it up.
I honestly will never forget her kindness, it’s refreshing especially coming from someone so young. Thank you Valeria 🫶🏼 and yes, it’s confirmed that it was from the Chipotle from the day before.. it made the news, they have a salmonella outbreak.”
“J.Jill never disappoints. I'm not much of a shopper. I sew a lot of my own clothes but when I want something special, J.Jill is my favorite go to clothing store. I always find lovely blouses that fit. Plus the quality of their garments is the best. I purchased two tops for the coming up soon holidays. The two knit tops I purchased both feel so good. I feel so pretty. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in helping find what I was looking for. The pricing was appropriate, not cheap but I was looking for a well made, quality, and attractive blouse. I expected to pay full price. Loved the whole experience.”

Marco was incredibly helpful at the cash wrap and demonstrated patience and excellent customer service while I was having issues with my debit card, which eventually I sorted out.
