“This Banfield is by far the best Banfield in Austin. Dr. Dianora is beyond amazing and staff are wonderful for our 15 yo golden retriever and 5 mo Doberman puppy. We never feel like it’s a business like other vet clinics that try to rip us off. So glad we found this vet and staff that we can trust for our pups and they really care about them. Thanks so much! “I just wanted to give a shout out to sunset canyon veterinary.
We had an emergency with my dog today and our normal vet is all the way in Johnson city. We called him and he said just go somewhere close. We called 5 other places and none could get us in to X-ray and ultimately euthanize our boy(we excepted this was what we would have to do). Sunset got us in immediately and got the x rays done fast. Dr Wilson was seriously the best, so kind. She was so compassionate to us and our son, helpful and very clear in such an emotional and crappy situation we were in.”
“I cannot recommend this vet enough. They are so thoughtful and kind to my dog that has a lot of vet anxiety. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable. I think the main selling point to me is how clearly they all truly care about the pets. My dog went in for a teeth cleaning recently and I was so nervous to drop him off and for them to use anesthesia on him, but the staff was so kind and they provided updates throughout the day. I was also able to pick him up around 1:30 so he didn’t have to stay all day. I’m so happy I was able to find such a great vet, and I’d recommend them to anyone!!”

Both cats were handled with care and the older cat was euthanized very gently and compassionately. We have been bringing out cats here for over 20 years now and have always been treated well.”

“The entire team at Lone Star Animal Hospital is filled with the most kind, compassionate and supportive team you would want to help with your beloved pets. We are very thankful for the team here. They took amazing care of our dogs and treated them like their own. They provided an excellent TPLO surgery on our boy Dunkin and help us manage his allergies. They also loved our boy Bean and took great care of him during his life. When we were faced with a very tough situation and had to say goodbye to Bean they were by our side every step of the way.
