“This branch is a little under-par but not much different from other locations. The ATM seems to be out-of-order about 2x a month, but I don't really care about the lack of drive-through (that said, the Weslayan branch has 2 atms, one at the drive-through; and at least one is always working - nice to have the option). Also, I don't know if this normal, but in order to talk to anyone but a teller, I have to make an appointment, and those are always several days out. That said, everything else identical to other Wells Fargos.”

“Honestly, Jose Solis their financial solutions adviser was great! His skills and customer service were above and beyond. Now-a-days is very hard to find dedicated people like him. People that are patient and understanding with the needs of their customers. Bank of America needs more Associates like Jose and recognize them too.”

I mentioned that I should consult with my friend, Cristopher Cloft. He encouraged me to proceed with the partnership. He also suggested opening a business account with Bank of Texas. Today, we visited the bank, where Erick, the banker, assisted us. Erick was a nice guy and very informative.”
