“My truck was hit by an uninsured motorists, I had heard from a few friends I should check them out, I surely wasn't disappointed. It was stressful dealing with the legal, insurance, rental company, juggling work. I stopped by and they had a rental ready for me, they dealt with all the stressful side of what the insurance wanted, they made it easy for me to get a rental and the significant damage to my truck they managed to get looking new again. They touched base with me on significant updates and surprisingly managed to fix my truck fairly quickly. When my truck was ready he let me know, vehicle was detailed in and out, did everything needed to make it a smooth process. I will recommend them to anyone and that will be my go to mechanic.. that was astronomically convenient for the situation I was in.”

“I was happy to find a location on my traveling route for a rental car agency without having to go to the airport. My rental cost was reasonable, even though it was a one-way trip. It was actually cheaper to do a one-way trip from Houston to Austin then to pick up at the Austin airport And return there. I was happy with the rental car and the price. I was happy with the car I received, as it had self steering, which was great for a long trip. It integrated the navigation system with my phone, so it was easy to use. It was also very gas efficient.”

“A couple of weeks ago I was in an accident. Someone ran into the back of me. Luckily the person took accountability so I was able to move forward with getting my car fix through their insurance. There was a rep by the name of MANNY that worked at Enterprise ( if I’m not mistaken I think he stated he was the assistant manager). When I arrived it wasn’t much vehicles for me to choose from besides an ugly mini van. Of course I wanted my car to be fixed but I always wanted something that me and my kids would feel comfortable in. Not to mention I drive a high end car. So having the mini van didn’t compare to my own vehicle. MANNY went above and beyond to call his team that was out at the airport picking up cars and asked them to bring me the same vehicle I own. ( my vehicle is a 2021) He informed them to bring the most up to date vehicle just like mine. In the mean time I left in the mini van and in less than 45 minutes he called me back to come switch out the cars. I ended up with a 2024. I truly appreciate him making sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle I would drive for at least 2 weeks . Being the one that was hit this situation was already never racking but MANNY made it a great experience for me considering the situation. I was trying BLESSED to have him being the one who assisted me!! Enterprise you have a great member on your team! To MANNY YOU ROCK…. Your personality and great customer service will take you far!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!”

“The customer service was amazing. I like to judge service companies by not only the job done, but how they respond when the job is not done correctly. I reserved a car for Easter weekend, but upon arrival, they didn't have anything available. They were low on staff and I was not able to leave till 2hrs later. However, after returning the vehicle, I received a follow up call inquiring about the service received. I expressed my disappoint about the time it took to receive a vehicle and not only did they apologize, but I was also given a small credit towards my bill for the inconvenience.
