“Easy rental, reasonable price. No issues at all. I rented a mid-sized SUV at IAH coming in on a late flight, picked a car (2024 Ford Edge Titanium), and checked out at the gate, very easy. I dropped off at DFW, just drove right in, checked out at the car, got a quick bus to my terminal, simple and easy. And I LOVED the car. Very comfortable and exactly what I expected.”

“My truck was hit by an uninsured motorists, I had heard from a few friends I should check them out, I surely wasn't disappointed. It was stressful dealing with the legal, insurance, rental company, juggling work. I stopped by and they had a rental ready for me, they dealt with all the stressful side of what the insurance wanted, they made it easy for me to get a rental and the significant damage to my truck they managed to get looking new again. They touched base with me on significant updates and surprisingly managed to fix my truck fairly quickly. When my truck was ready he let me know, vehicle was detailed in and out, did everything needed to make it a smooth process. I will recommend them to anyone and that will be my go to mechanic.. that was astronomically convenient for the situation I was in.”

Tarek showed us coupled Tacoma and explain various features that were more than what we expected from a trim level called TRD. Long story short the deal was successful although the trade in value wasn't what we thought it was from prior car appraisal at other location. “Super fun activity in a one of a kind vehicle and such helpful staff! The only issue we had was that the google maps route that we were supposed to follow for the tour lost it's connection, so we had to manually work the map. It did impact not really being able to enjoy the scenery/area but istead being glued to the screen of ones phone. But AWESOME nonetheless!!”
