“This was a rad experience. Getting to and from the rental place was a bit intimidating, but adjusting Google maps to avoid highways helped A LOT. The guys at the shop were really friendly and getting out the door was a breeze.

Mike got us started with the initial contact and then Gus saw us through the rest of our experience. “I had a great experience with National Rental Car. I picked up from IAH and returned to vehicle to Fort Sill, (Lawton airport). When I arrived at IAH, because I'm a preferred member with Alamo, I didn't even have to stop at the counter. Went right upstairs, jumped in the vehicle and pulled out. The lady at the exit and I struck up a conversation about education (I'm a school teacher), and we had the best conversation. Everyone was great - the customer service is A1.”
