“Be prepared to wait…patience goes a long way. I waited about 45 mins to get a car, remember this isn’t your typical airport rental location so things will probably be limited and to book days in advance!

The ladies at the front desk are very kind. You can tell they are a bit flustered/stressed since it’s just the two of them and people are constantly coming in and out. Give them grace!

Only giving it four stars because the car rental company should have a better system to help make their job easier!

Kindness goes a long way so be patient and they just might upgrade you (if they have it available of course) for being patient. Thanks for upgrading my car for waiting! 😊
