“Mrs Mary, was very pleasant to work with. Although I wasn’t able to find a unit that fit my needs at her location, she went out of her way to find a different extra space storage location that did. A completely different experience from 1050 Britmore location. I’ve always been a fan of extra space storage, however, after the experience I had with the representative at the Britmore location, I was going to walk away from extra space storage altogether. However, I’m glad that I came to this location and I met Miss Mary and she helped me find another location that worked.”

“Facilities themselves were great, super clean, well lit, no garbage everywhere, no pest problems - they stay on top of it, I overheard them getting a thumbup from the pest control dude when i was in the office, so they're not cheaping out on it. I had a 10 foot unit for over a year, and they actively reached out to see if they could find me a better deal once I informed them I had it almost empty but would need it a few more months. Very much appreciated. I just cleared out today, easy process, if I need a storage unit any time soon I'll be back! Seriously, I know it seems over the top to write a review about storage, but the process COULD have been annoying, and it was the opposite, completely painless. Seriously appreciate it.”

Norma the attendant was super friendly and helpful.
