“I moved into this unit on a Sunday 2 years ago and obviously they weren't open but the lady on the phone made sire when I got to the unit there was a lock and key waiting for, which was nice. I only remember my rent going up once. About a week before moving out I noticed I lost my key. I called and they said When I had a set move out date to call them back and flet them know so they could make plans to have it removed. I ended up moving out a day earlier than planned. I called and spoke with Claude, and he told me to call when I was on my way so he could start removing my key. I go there and he was still working, no problem as I know the process is a process. He did offer my dad and I cold water and made sure throughout the key removal time to update us on a time frame. Overall, my time here was pleasant, no complaints. I would most defiantly be willing to use them again. Thank you again.”

“The manager for this location, Elizabeth, is awesome. Such a kind, helpful person and professional. She went above and beyond to help me coordinate a POD delivery to the location (which they normally don’t allow) because I had a really tight moving window and no time to stop in Houston. She took all my phone calls over 3 days and worked with me on getting the POD delivered, even though it wasn’t a smooth process. I never expected such a level of service and care, and was so happy and pleasantly surprised. She saved me such a big headache and a ton of money, I can’t thank her enough. If anyone has storage needs in Houston, I would definitely use this location. Very clean and well managed, I stored my items for about 2 years with no issues at all. Thank you again Elizabeth, you’re the best!”

“This location has amazing staff. Talk to the manager Tyler and she was very helpful, but the gem of this place is Diana. Diana was very helpful got the forms ready for me to get the lock cut out and sold me a new one which was reasonably priced. She kept me informed of the process and was nice all day even when she had to be in the scorching hot.
Definitely recommend using this location”

“I’ve used many storage facilities over the years, and they tend to run the gamut from crappy to meh, but Extra Space is actually great. I’ve used them in both Baltimore (S. Paca) and Houston (Southwest Freeway), and their facilities are clean, easy to access, well-lit, and well-priced.
