“Mrs Mary, was very pleasant to work with. Although I wasn’t able to find a unit that fit my needs at her location, she went out of her way to find a different extra space storage location that did. A completely different experience from 1050 Britmore location. I’ve always been a fan of extra space storage, however, after the experience I had with the representative at the Britmore location, I was going to walk away from extra space storage altogether. However, I’m glad that I came to this location and I met Miss Mary and she helped me find another location that worked.”
“I have had a great experience at Cube Smart and I am at my storage unit atleast 4 times a week. All of the workers are extremely nice and helpful especially Kyrie and Bri. The facility is also clean and well kept. I would highly recommend.”
“This location has amazing staff. Talk to the manager Tyler and she was very helpful, but the gem of this place is Diana. Diana was very helpful got the forms ready for me to get the lock cut out and sold me a new one which was reasonably priced. She kept me informed of the process and was nice all day even when she had to be in the scorching hot.

“Great, no fuss, no muss storage facility. I love how there is no contract to renting the storage units, so you can leave whenever you want. The front desk is very nice and helpful. They accommodate to any of your needs. Having said that, the reason for the 4 stars is that my padlock tried to be cut twice on 2 separate occasions. I was not late on my payments or anything that would warrant my lock having to be cut. The front desk reported it to management each time, but understandably, it's hard to suspect anyone since there are no security cameras there (for privacy reasons). I personally don't mind security cameras if it'll deter such activities. So I highly suggest using their door latch locks for added protection if you use a padlock.”

“It is nice to be able to wake up on a Sunday morning, decide you need to make some space in your apartment, and set up a storage facility completely online.
Everything is clean and ready to go. The app makes gate and door access really easy. Each new space has a lock that is ready to go.
One of the elevators is currently broken, so I definitely got my steps in this morning.”

“I was going to leave a one star on the lady today that was so unprofessional. I just need you to know that is not how you handle any kind of customer that is already irritated. You could e kindly just let me claim my auction but you couldn’t! You even had my storage treasures account suspended. That is the only website that I trust to buy my auctions that pays my bills. I have a resale store that I’m suppose to have a grand opening too this weekend now I have to find other ways to supply my store. I really appreciate that! I gave you a five star not because you deserve it but because I am the bigger person! I pray blessings over you and your family! I pray that anything I lost money wise today that it gets returned to you not me! I also pray that you will learn compassion and understanding because today you showed none at all! I’m really praying I get a called from upper management so I can claim what I’ve already paid for. Sad because I also rent from public storage and never had my manager even raised a voice to anyone.
