“Love MKT, always great ambiance, very Austin-like, great choice of restaurants and one of the rare places in Houston you can walk around. A great spot to bring European friends for dinner (Mala, Blue Sushi or Da Gama)”

I recommend this center install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations here. There are several EVs parked here anytime I look. And that number will only grow.
Since this area is a popular Houston destination there will always be someone with an EV who could use a charge. Great way to bring customers to the store's and restaurant's doorstep. It's such a convenience to be able to charge while you shop or dine.
It would be great for shoppers (especially during the holiday season) and great for employees/staff who drive EVs.
EV chargers can help with discoverability, bring in customers, and increase revenue for tenants and the landlord.

“This location is the absolute best in Middle Eastern foods. Great service, healthy portions, excellent choices and fair prices. Mohammed provided excellent service. The bread guy was not the friendliest. The balsamic veggies and avocado garbanzo are superb.”
“This is a shopping center with a variety of restaurants and stores to shop around. I would consider it a leisure, slower paced area compared to the outlet malls. It often gets overlooked, but I like having Barnes & Nobles, brunch spots, restaurant, and William Sonoma walking distance from one another. Less than a 5 minute drive to City Centre to hang out.”
“Anyway, there isn’t much to do in Downtown Houston, so this is a good place to visit and spend 1–2 hours. They have parking, with the first hour free and $5 for each additional hour. So many different food options. Place is not well maintained from inside but good outdoor rooftop park to walk”

“If you're looking for claw machines, bakery goods, Boba or a massage, you have plenty of options. I didn't try any of the restaurants but there's lots of them too. It looks like they have a lot of traditional, authentic Asian dishes besides the Americanized versions.”
“The Hedwig Village Shopping Center is a great place to shop, offering everything from clothing to home goods and electronics. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help if you need it. The selection of items is quite large and the prices are very reasonable. The stores are well organized, making it easy to find what you need. I also appreciate the fact that there are plenty of parking spaces as well as a variety of restaurants nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting the Hedwig Village Shopping Center for all your shopping needs!”

“This place has changed so much over the years. It really is wonderful to walk through there now. I feel relatively safe.
As an added bonus if you're happening to visit memorial Hermann across the street there's an easy sky bridge to avoid having a cross through traffic.”
“We have used best of canvas multiple times for several occasions. We have bought various sizes and a set to make a family collage. They always come out amazing and are at a really affordable rate. They make really great gifts, as well. Rahmi even goes out of his way to make sure you get your items on time and to your satisfaction. Amazing service!”
“This my favorite HEB location to shop at. They have just about every item I normally use. The store, itself, is located on the 2nd level & has upper & lower level parking.
The store is clean, well stocked, & the staff are courteous & professional. Also, and this is very important to me as a handicapped person, they have plenty of handicap carts fully charged & ready to go. Can’t say that about other stores.
Finally, even though this location can be very busy at times they usually have ALL of the checkout lanes open & don’t try to steer customers to the self-checkout lanes like, once again some stores try to. I highly recommend this location.”

“This unique store offers a well-curated collection of accessories, jewelry, and clothes at reasonable prices. I honestly thought that when I went in I would not be able to afford anything because the displays are so nice lol!
I would describe the style as cool, modern, and sculptural with Japanese influence.
The staff was very welcoming and explained the concept behind the store is like shopping someone’s closet in rural Japan. If you are interested in one of a kind, modern accessories this one is for you. Also, if you are on the fence about an item, you should just get it because there’s limited stock on everything. I would definitely come back for again to browse handbags, watches, and their ring collection.”

Randall's gas station, pizza place, sushi, liquors store, chicken restaurant, a GNC, a pet vet clinic, and several more places. Lots of restaurants. Security patrols parking lot, which is clean and well lit. Feels safe, even at night.”
