“This is the great store to come in! Not only is it a well put together but it's extremely organized and most items are on stock. It is very easy to walk around and purchase items at this store. Not just that you can look at things that have I have for sale at an ease. It can be tricky to get to the store and park if you don't know your way around there. I give it 4 out of 5 ? due to the fact that the staff does not seem to notice you when you walk in or when you leave. Other than that great store to come in and shop.”
“For the most part kohls gives you a good shopping experience. Great deals and sales especially when they have their clearance event were you take another 50% off the already clearance price. The Kohl's cash, Rewards money they give you monthly. Yes they are a good place to shop.”

Shoes weren't up to date, I think this area is still being built up. As I'm typing I also think malls are not as 'happenin' anymore because of the thieving behavior, which is a shame because those jobs are normally a young teens first type of job.”

“I want to send good vibes to the man in the automotive department. I took my car to Dunn's Auto Repair for a/c problems and I noticed that morning my hood wouldn't close all the way. He told me my hood latch was jammed and needed to be replaced and/or lubed. After I left, the hood kept popping open when I was driving. I took it to Walmart automotive and the man said my hood latch was not jammed at all and in good condition. He said it was simply not shut hard enough. He even took the time to have me practice shutting the hood so I knew how much pressure to put on it. I wish I caught his name to be able to give him credit on here!”

“New store is nice and clean. Door greeter this morning was awesome. Lots of clothing on the racks. Yes isles are a bit small but an overall improvement from the old store. Only one thing was wrong. The only cashier this morning didn’t greet me , just rang everything up , didn’t tell me my total and I just waited till I thought it was time to swipe my credit card. Not even a thank you. All Customers want to feel appreciated. Maybe the casket having a bad morning if not maybe keep her in the back stocking because it definitely showed she does not like her job. Your door greeter made up by asking if I found what I was searching for and saying thank you and come again. Over all an improvement from the old store.”
“First time at this Walmart, first noticeable thing: very clean, specially when compared to some Walmarts I’ve seen in Houston or other places (but most recently, Houston).
It’s also pretty big, has great variety and it has great deals!

“I had a good experience today. I usually don't wear make up anymore but we have some family coming to visit so I wanted to buy some. I always used to buy from Sephora but up in DFW metro area where we used to live. I went into the Waco location inside of kohls where we now live and I was looking for a specific product I could not find. I asked the very sweet girl who was restocking some shelves for help and she didn't have the item I was looking for but was so sweet to me and offering to check me out immediately if I was ready. I really appreciated her kindness today even if I didn't find what I was looking for.”
“Used the pet wash for the first time today. It was a decent experience. The rooms could use TLC as some of the equipment was broken, nowhere to harness your dog in the tube, the person before me did not clean up after themselves. I think a cleaning guide should be posted in the room. Before arriving I went online to make sure I did it correctly and based on the information on the site customers are to walk in and groom their dogs first come first serve and then pay once they are finished. There is zero information on the site that says you have to ask an employee first if the room is open or available before you can enter. So when we arrived the room was empty and we went in and took care of our dog. After we looked at treats and toys and then proceeded to the register where we were met by an employee who informed me that how I did it was not how they do it in the store. I informed him online it said nothing about asking an employee first before using it. He had zero sympathy and just repeated what he already said and made me feel quite embarrassed in front of many other people in line. I did what the directions said online for this store (Waco Texas) and I was not in the wrong. This store needs to update their site to reflect their “ways” of doing things in their store.”
“Easy in n out..New checkout system . You filter thru and do all your own checkout really easy in n out. N gives you more room to put bagged stuff at . But hardly ever crowded. Even in weekend. Compared to New Road n Franklin”
