While that's nothing new for the Waco McCoy's location;I really wasn't expecting the driver to put that trim in a safe space from the rain. I honestly expected them to simply drop it wherever. He went out of his way to send me a text with a picture that he put the trim under the shop awning to keep it from getting wet just in case it rained. It's the little things like such as that, that keeps me coming back.”

“July 4, 2024, I bought a LG through the wall AC with a protection plan, which I never do…but this time I did. The LG AC never worked properly, I called LG, even asked for help from HD home services and asked to have it checked by an AC company, he did nothing. Still it did NOT work right. I bought a Whirlpool AC, took out the LG and installed the Whirlpool and it worked WONDERFULLY! Then I returned the LG AC with NO problems. LIFE IS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE AND HOME DEPOT HAS ALWAYS, ALWAYS TREATED ME GOOD, One more thing, I saw a man steal from HD and it would be a good idea to disengage the item until it is truly bought by the customers.
