“Kat runs the ship here at A-1. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The exterior of the building is the epitome of nondescript. However, the interior is anything but. Filled with every imaginable vacuuming device known to man, it’s the Vacuum Kingdom.
I have to inform the public- be prepared to receive a healthy dose of cleaning education. Kat can talk. It’s not your dull talk though. It’s informative, and you get a sense that you are standing before someone that you can count on to take care of your vacuuming needs…after all that’s why I went in the first place..it is Sewing AND Vacuuming.
Another cue to take from this review is understand that you’ll need to trust in Kat..it may take a couple of weeks for your repair to get completed, but it’s well worth the wait. Moderate to a bit on the higher side for repair (I paid $265-ish for my Royal) but all things aside I know it’ll be a long while before I need another vacuum doctor visit.
She’s keen to her customers concerns and values them. I’d recommend A-1 Vacuum and Sewing to anyone who wants reliability and trustworthiness. Thank you Kat. I love my Royal Vacuum cleaner again! Oh- and so does my wife!”

“You don't get a five because I had to hunt down and employees to get any kind of help for everything I was looking for. Employees were nice and helpful for the most part when I find them. But having to search and play hide and go seek when I'm shopping and need assistance really is a pain.”

“They had someone come out who was very knowledgeable, and showed me exactly what my problem was. He also explained that fixing it may cost more than a new dryer. They happened to have a used dryer and will be delivering when the rain goes away! They are definitely someone I would recommend my family and friends. Great company ❤️”
