“I am always pleased to use the UPS store in Belton, Tx. I especially want to recognize and acknowledge Cooper. He has helped me many times over and he is always so pleasant, helpful, kind, patient, professional, sweet, gentle, and just downright nice.
I am not the most proficient with technology and am stumbling over myself with my returns.
When Cooper assists me the job gets done in a proper and efficient manner, but I also leave the store feeling OK with myself.
Cooper has a personality and temperament that is well suited for his position at the UPS store. He has been a great asset to me, and I commend him.....and I am most grateful.
