He also called me again after testing the vehicle after the repairs had been completed.I really appreciate his thorough review, pride in his work and honesty throughout the process.I can't forget to include how quickly the work was completed and he even told me about back up in parts delivery to his shop due to freezing weather.It's these kind of honest details that he informed of (which he didn't have to tell me) that make me trust him and his company even more.My car repair was for to a vehicle with three warning lights on and Mr. Marks fixed all of the problems for a fair and reasonable price. We were passing through town and very suddenly started having serious problems with our truck that made us fearful to keep driving. We pulled into Fort Worth Automotive, and Steve dropped what he was doing to help us. He took our vehicle for a quick test drive and told us exactly what was wrong. His honest and accurate assessment probably saved us from having a terrible accident. If we lived in Fort Worth, Steve would have our business for life.”
