“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! “I was very satisfied with my visit. I can't remember her name off the top of my head but it was a young, blonde woman who was very friendly and nice, she assisted me with getting my phone replace. I felt bad because we had to wait for the account holder to show up so If anything, I was the complicated one but she was very patient with me, answered any questions I had about services, promotions, products, etc and then helped sort everything out when I was at the store. Overall I'm very satisfied, would highly recommend that location to anyone, and would go back myself”
