“The perfect place ever. All the employees are so nice and politely, but Troy is the special one. He is the best person ever. Positive, good vibes and good energy.”
“Thos is Ace Hardware with a post office in the back. We always find what we need. If we can't, there is always someone to give us help. This trip we meeded a special screw driver. One of the sales guys knew exactly what meeded from the picture of the screw. He gave us the size options and told us they had screw drivers and drill tips that would work. We picked two, took them home, and one of them worked! Our chair is all fixed up. This place has everything though: cards, grills, shoes, garden stuff, bird food, specialty soaps, kitchen towels and socks. It is really a jewel!”
“Always forget about this location, but it was right in the area in which I was meeting a friend for coffee. Even though there was only one employee on duty with a somewhat long line, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Way to go! The pricing was clear cut for what I was mailing out, including a tracking number and insurance. Wow! The facility was clean, including the parking lot, and parking was easy to navigate. In the future, I won't hesitate to use this post office again.”
“Kimberly at USPS Burleson deserves praise for her exceptional calmness and patience, even during hectic times. Despite the busyness, she maintains a composed demeanor, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. Her dedication to providing excellent service amidst chaos is truly commendable.”
“Always good service and friendly staff. I have been here many times and always had a good experience! Honestly I wish all usps staff was like these ladies. Thank you for nice service!”
“The post office workers here are lovely.
But two days in a row I have tried to drop off a package after working hours and the drop box was completely locked. No forewarning or so much as a taped on piece of paper on the drop of bin.
Two visits, two days in a row and it's been locked each time.”
“The mail person that deliversmail at my apartment complex. will not take the outgoing mail. I put a letter in there last weekend Saturday, July 5 and it’s still in there a whole week. I don’t know what’s so hard about taking Mail to the post office and that your job you’re not doing a very good. You have to do better than this.”
“Chris at the front desk was very cheerful and nice to everyone, even when he was the only one working with 15 people waiting consistently. told everyone “im sorry for the wait” and “have a great day”, all of those things. also reacted great when i was confused about my package shipping out. made the wait seem shorter”

“Lot was empty to my surprise. I walked in and Micheal, the only person behind the line greeted me. He smiled while assisting me and initiated conversation. He presence was pleasant. Thank you Micheal for you kindness!

“I was hunting for a certain stamp design all across DFW and had no luck, but when I called this location Cynthia answered and could not have been more friendly and helpful. And they had the stamps in stock!”
“By far, they are the most friendliest ladies that I've had. The pleasure of dealing with i'm fifty years old.I've been through a lot of post office in the metroplex. I am a Hispanic, these 2 ladies were by black. Younger. I like to joke around and these ladies. It took it very well, the first thing I said was what you're eating without me. And she said, yeah, I'll turn the sandwich around and you can have your own bite. How friendly was that with a smile?. And they even asked me to come back whenever I like. They were very nice and polite. I usually don't get that at the Post Office. It was great to see.”

“Went in today with a very important document that I needed to vernight and there were 15 people in line ahead of me and only one clerk! Good thing that clerk was Lorena, she was incredible...and deserves a raise! Super efficient with a great attitude and smile, something you don't find often these days. I hope she is there the next time I'm there! Thank you Lorena!!”

“I went the other morning, and my day got so much better. Lezlee helped me, and my interaction with her was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office. She was so friendly, kind, funny, and helpful.”
“We are so grateful for DJ who helped us when we came to do our children’s passports. He was so patient and kind while one of our kids DID NOT want a photo taken. He was calm and had a few tricks up his sleeves that ended up getting us at least one passable photo.”
“Came in today to mail a package to my son in New York and Dominique was absolutely amazing had a smile on her face and actually seemed to like helping me, previously I’ve came in and the other clerk was rude for no reason so it’s great to see a new inviting face, the post office needs more people like her!”
