“For both Golden Triangle & Keller Hicks location:Although there was lack of notice that the facility to pick up my reserved vehicle had changed wtihout notice and then there was a charge on my receipt after the rez was finsihed that should not have been done, the area Mgr, Kyle M, was prompt to my concerns and made it right.Mistakes will happen in every compnay. “They have a great selection, inventory and well stocked store, BUT THE ENTRANCE TO THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! It is fine if you have been there before, but the store is located off of a freeway on ramp. Not BY an on ramp, but ON the on ramp. If you miss the entrance, it is a 2-3 mile trip to get back to the entrance. Texas in general has some of the worst urban planning that I have EVER seen but this ideocracy takes the cake (or pie, whatever you prefer). Other than that, great Uhaul shop.”

“It’s located in the Kwik Kar so I had to call because I couldn’t find it. I was actually looking for boxes because I thought it was an UHaul store but they only rent trucks. When I called however James was super helpful and said someone had actually dropped boxes off there and he gave them to me since they don’t sell them. Super nice and friendly!”
