Not only are they damn good mechanics, they are not going to up-sell you and they are not going to send you off with something still wrong with your rig... even if the wrong thing is not part of why you went to them in the first place.
We thought our truck was going to be good to go when they discovered that we had a bad wheel bearing. We had just sold our other vehicle and had been dropped off at THD... They gave us a ride home! Not asking for gas$$ or charging anything. They did it because it was what they thought was the right thing to do. Folks like this are why Texas is so amazing. Mad respect for all of you guys!”

Premier One Auto had already done the diagnostic work, taken photos, and even printed documentation showing that the repair should be covered under warranty. Because they had everything prepared so thoroughly, the Genesis dealership didn’t give me any hassle when I brought the vehicle in.
They also added dye to help pinpoint the source of a small leak instead of simply guessing at the problem. I really appreciate the attention to detail, honesty, and extra effort they put into helping their customers. Highly recommend I first heard about them from the maso moms group on Facebook”

“I’ve had a great experience working with Ian and wanted to leave a review for anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic in the Boerne / Fair Oaks Ranch area.
I originally took my truck to Ian for a dropped lifter issue, and he diagnosed and repaired it quickly and professionally. After that experience, I trusted him with my Mustang, where he fixed a rear main seal leak and a radiator hose leak. Both repairs were done right, at a fair price, and with excellent communication throughout the process.
It’s hard to find an automotive repair shop these days that is both knowledgeable and honest, but Ian absolutely is. He’s straightforward, fair, and clearly cares about doing quality work instead of upselling unnecessary repairs.
