“A big thank you to Francisco Rosillo in Service & Douglas House in Parts. Last Saturday i was traveling through as i was visiting the area for the weekend. I had not noticed that my front wipers has started to separate due to the heat over the summer and the rain storms last weekend then did further damage and they started to fall apart on my journey. A quick detour to INFINITI of Boerne and Francisco and Douglas had me back on the road with a new set of wipers after a short pit stop. They even put them on for me. “This place was awesome. Our vehicle started overheating, and we were stuck on the side of the road. We were towed to their place. Our vehicle fan had been Jerry-rigged by the previous owner. At first, they were just going to fix the rigging to get us home. I asked them to fix it correctly. We were told they needed to keep it overnight. So we called a friend for a ride home. While we were waiting, they went ahead and fixed it right then. It was so nice not to have to drive back the next day. The people there were so nice and accommodating. They offered us water as it was 105° in this Texas heat. I agree with the counter lady, I think Maria (?), they could benefit from vending machines. The mechanic even fitted a bolt to something with the back tire that was missing and made recommendations for some other work that needed to be done. They were even going to help us by letting us make payments if we couldn't afford the repair, as we are living on a fixed income (of course they would keep our vehicle until the repairs were paid for, but I didn't mind). Our van works great with no overheating problems. Would definitely recommend Hill Country Automotive to others. And thank y'all again.”

“Yall just finished some work on my 2014 Ram 2500. As I was traveling across the country to California from Alabama my transmissions overdrive basically grenaded on me in Texas. Just so happened where it went down was right near y'all's shop. Boy was I blessed it blew up there. Y'all did fantastic work helping me get a transmission rebuild done as well as doing a thorough work up on the truck to make sure everything was ok and anything I had questions on would get looked at and have the truck be ready and locked in for me to come pick it up and drive back to Alabama. The work Willie did with that tune was amazing I honestly don't even recognize how the truck handles now it's so much better than it used to be I honestly couldn't be happier. I know that future projects on this truck I will be bringing it back out to y'all to have the work done there cause I know it'll get done right the first time. I appreciate everything y'all and the guys at the shop did for me and I look forward to working with yall in the future.”
