Much of the negotiation was over the phone and when I picked up the vehicle most of the paperwork was ready, so there was hardly any waiting.
The finance guy Mason was good and experienced……he did what he does well without any BS.

They were fairly busy that day, but by the time I’d grabbed a few groceries, they were done. They didn’t have the right battery, but after running a few diagnostics, determined I did NOT need a new battery! But they cleaned it up, etc., and the nice lady mgr said Happy Holidays NO CHARGE! I don’t know about other Walmart auto centers, but I love Boerne’s!!!”
