Kevin Thompson is a true legend here and has been involved with many organizations in leadership roles and gives back. Frost recently held a Chuck wagon breakfast to kick off the Kendall County Fair. It was appreciated and enjoyed by the community. I also think it’s one of nicest buildings in Boerne.”
“I had been shopping for a HOME EQUITY LOAN, which was a bit scary, and had been encountering a number of stumbling blocks with my own credit union because of lack of follow-through and a very confusing application process. Jefferson came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I I took their advice! Jefferson worked very closely with me, staying in touch with me almost on a daily basis to make sure I had all of the information that we needed. They made the requirements very clear, kept things simple, and gave me an excellent rate. They also used the market value on my home instead of the tax appraisal value, which resulted in a higher loan amount. I loved my loan officer (Matt Wolf), who actually ended up closing on the loan several weeks earlier than anticipated. It was an extremely pleasant experience, and their professionalism and friendliness gave me the confidence that I needed in taking such a serious step. They’ll be my first stop next time!”
