This is a special feature is for Tyreice in pharmacy who served my parents who fled houston after the hurricane beryl power outage.
He answered the phone before we came, explained why the insurance companies would not fill a script but was filling others. Then explained my cash options and best way to get them what they need.
When we arrived earlier than expected he politely explained they were working on one more and to please come back shortly.
Then he explained to my elderly family member what the credit card machine was asking and the prompts.
Walmart is lucky to have this gentleman.”

“I love HEB. Everything. What really stands out is the customer services at check out. Most are young and greet you with a kind energetic spirit. I love having a real warm smiling human and bagger at the register. . Real customer service. Additionally, the bakery and deli are fabulous. Enjoying the food and drink sampling. Of course, I always pick up something additional. The pharmacy staff are ok. HEB does a nice job with produce as well. Beer and wine selection is excellent. Enjoy the dried foods section. Keep up the great quality and customer service.”
