“the song of general is incredibly organized and always stocked the employees seem very nice and on point with everything that they do have no problem lending a helping hand when you're looking for an item you always greet you and accounts for a lot I've seem to have no issues the register or with any item being mismarked everything in it is in its place the atmosphere is lovely and cozy and the application is great I'm talking about great if you just need a few things you can avoid going to a larger store and driving 10 minutes I think their staff for such a great experience”

“Last week some sections were not organized...dog food the bags were all mixed up...out of bread...I think some employees are lazy...then this week there is a new Mexican Lady Manager...she really has a huge difference the store...it's looking good...The Mexican Lady Manager greets you she is charming all class with lots of carisma...Mexicans take pride and work hard it's notable in her...I go into the store several times a day...since my family has a business near by...before she came employees sat around talking or on the phone...I think there are too many employees if they have so much time...this week I actually saw them working...Food King has better prices than Walmart when it comes to food...the store has potential... especially since we don't have a Supermarket on this side of town...”

“To start this review, let me say that I live in Amarillo, and was in Borger for work. When I finished, and was headiang home, it was about 3:30 in the pm. I needed a few things and thought I would stop here and pick them up, so I could just go straight home without stopping in Amarillo. I was just expecting another usual stop at United. Figured they would have maybe half of what I needed, and expected the usual dont give a damn if your here or not attitude. Boy was I ever wrong. I thought something was off when I walked in. Before I could even get a basket, two employees spoke. The store was so clean and smelled clean and fresh. I went to the produce section and everything looked so fresh and good. I found everything I needed. Couldnt believe my luck. I decided to press and go by the deli. Usually a definite no no at the stores in Amarillo. I couldnt believe my eyes. There were two people there actually working and looking for customers to help. Usually you have to scream at someone the back, if you dont get totally ignored. The prepared food looked amazing. I have never seen the food look that good in Amarillo, much less at 3:30 in the afternoon. It looked like they just put it out. I wasnt hungry but I got some anyway. The boy behind the counter was so nice and friendly. Never in Amarillo. Your lucky if anyone will wait on you, much less be friendly. I paid and the cashier was very nice and thanked me several times. I left a very happy customer. I wish the Borger management would help the Amarillo people, because they definitely need it! Kudos to the Borger United and staff, and I will stop there everytime I am in town.”

“It's a Dollar General Store. What else is there to say. You'll pay more than you would have at the local Walmart, but it's a lot more convenient to shop at DG.”

“It's a walmart, but its ok by walmart standards. The difference is this store generally has staff that cares about its customers. I've been shopping here while taking care of family and this store really cares. As of May 2024, my review stands. The staff in this store are nice and care about their store and customers.
