“Was greeted by Ms. Mendoza to have my car checked for recalls and have my first maintenance done. Ms Mendoza was polite and professional and took care of everything. To keep me from sitting around for 2 hours I was taken home and when my car was ready they came to pick me up. I appreciate all the professional services.”
“Had a bad experience at Toyota of Katy, I called Tegeler and they said to come by and they would resolve my issues. They indeed did, their service advisors took care of me and the service was done promptly. The waiting area has nice amenities as well. I even spoke to Ron in sales about another vehicle and he was amazing, when I do purchase my next vehicle Ron will be my first point of contact. Highly recommend even if it’s out of your way.”

“tldr; Honest assessments and work and fair prices. Take your vehicle here.I am not from Brenham but had my truck towed here when my engine started overheating on my way to Austin. I told the tow truck driver where we were taking my truck and he told me Alan’s was a great choice and that is where he would send his moms car to get it fixed.Alan was quick to help when we arrived at the shop and gave me a timeline for looking at my vehicle. He called me after he had a chance to diagnose the problem and explained what he was seeing. Ultimately it ended up being a minor fix.When I came back to get my truck he again explained what he had done and suggested some further action to take once I was back home. The price for his work was extremely reasonable and I was able to drive back home without any further issues.I am very thankful for Alan being honest and not trying to take advantage of me in a bad situation. I would 100% recommend taking your vehicle here if you are from Brenham or happen to break down passing through like I did.If I lived closer to this shop it would be the only place I would take my vehicles.Service: Engine repair”
“Had my water pump expire on my 2011 Silverado. The last one I had KT Auto put on. It came with a lifetime warranty. KT Auto exchanged it out quick and my truck was ready in just a couple of hours. I did have to pay for labor and fluids and belts. Thank you KT Auto for being so professional and prompt.”
“Had Notified Appel ford that we were in the Market for an Explorer. A Sales Person (Blake Sander) contacted us and said he would be glad to assist when we were ready. Notified Blake that we would come by on Friday to start our search. He Made Himself available, and helped us with some choices. He set everything up and let us take one home to try it out and make a decision on the one we wanted. We set a 10:30 meeting on Saturday and was out of there with the New Explorer by 12:30. Zack was extremely helpful with the finance and warranty information to help us choose what was better for us.”

“Nice lady who answers the phone. I broke down 9 miles from dealership in Brenham. Had a truck to me in about 20 minutes, $120 for the tow. Called many auto shops in Brenham and nobody would answer because apparently they're all very busy but b&b consistently answered.
The dealership in Brenham wanted a crazy amount of money for a relatively simple repair so I wanted to tow it to a mechanic I know in Houston and b&b quoted me 600 bucks for about an 80 mile tow. I called several places in Houston who were willing to drive out to Brenham and bring the truck back for $400 dollars. Same $400 price consistently from multiple quotes.
Excellent 5 star service from B&B and likely the best choice for towing needs around Brenham. For a longer distance tow you might be better off calling around for a wrecker at your destination location, unless you are in a rush and got the $ to burn for immediate help. Good folks and highly recommended.”

“After years of (many) different mechanics telling me that they didn't know exactly what the issue was on my 09 Dodge Charger SXT, and didn't know how to fix it without just starting from the top of the list, of what they thought the issue was, and working their way down the list, All Auto quickly figured out what the issue was and brought my car back to life and is (still) in great working condition. “I went to Lester Brothers Automotive yesterday (2/19/24). I was having car trouble on my way home. I was 2 hours from home and had to stop to figure out the problem. Everyone at Lester Brothers Automotive was very helpful. Martin was a great office manager. He provided good customer service. I needed to get the ignition coil and spark plug replaced. They ordered the part and replaced them in a timely manner. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to help me at a moments notice (with no appt; and they were busy). Martin understood I was trying to get home. I definitely would recommend Lester Brothers Automotive. Kind, friendly, and affordable service. Thank you!”

“These guys are my go-to mechanics in Brenham. I can vouch for their honesty, because there has been more than one time they could have taken advantage of me but did not! Everything they have done for me has been top notch, and usually the turnaround is very quick. Picking a good mechanic can be hard, but you won't go wrong with these guys. As for pricing, if you're looking for "cheap" you may want to go elsewhere, but I learned a long time that it's worth paying for a job well done the first time! But I'm sure their pricing is in line with other first rateshops.”
