“What a lovely concept--special-needs citizens thriving in a special community, surrounded by loving caregivers, understanding supervisors, and a host of committed volunteers.Come for lunch and to shop in the beautifully eclectic retail shop or thriving greenhouse. (Hey, Cowboy, did you know, they have a great hat selection and can shape it to your preference?!!!)Most importantly, if you have a chance, take a tour of the chapel, workshops, and grounds and meet some of the citizens. Many are so proud and excited about the wonderful products they make on-site. I'd visited the cafe and retail shop, but never had the level of appreciation I have for this organization until I did that recently.”
