“I went into Dickies right when they were closing. I planned on glancing and leaving as fast as possible. I really needed a pair of work pants and was good hoping to find something quickly. When I walked out and said bye the employee David asked me at the door if I had a problem finding what I was looking for. I explained what I needed and he insisted I come look at what he had. He even knew what size I'd be in men's pants when I couldn't find the woman pants I needed and offered for me to take the time to try them on. I found a great pair after trying on couple and it was because of David. He works there like he owns the place and he's an irreplaceable employee. I hope him and his managers see this! Thanks David!”
“Good variety of all brands. Always my one stop shop for everything. Syeda Cashier was very helpful. Patiently and Happily scanned big list of items during checkout. I don't usually get this kind of service in Burlington as I am a regular customer. But Burlington needs to hire more cashiers like her. ?
One more thing is Burlington needs to offer public restrooms for customer. It is impossible to leave your shopping and go and find restrooms outside Burlington inside Katy mills.”

“My daughter had a school field trip that required her to dress in formal attire. As usual, Ross had exactly what she and I wanted. I know she had to have been the best dressed in her grade...at the very least in her class. I leave happy every time we go there.”
“Always clean and well organized. The female greeter at the door is always so welcoming with a smile on her face. Their services keep improving! I had 2 great experiences these past weeks. At the optician’s and the bakery. I had bought the wrong eye glass frames off of Amazon and needed son’s specialty tools to just transfer the handles. Long story short, my husband met a nice attentive lady, who helped us with a temporary fix until we can get new glass frames. The second experience was at the bakery, was looking for a smash cake and thought they were always readily available. It was already 4 pm and I needed it for the next day in the early morning, these ladies were so sweet, my husband got a bit of scolding when they warned him to always place his orders earlier but they helped us get the cake ready by 6 pm. My baby has a cake for her pictures!!! Thank you so much!!!!”

“DG Market has a friendly staff and Good Groceries! There's also a dollar section?. I love it there .I can check out as fast as I can get it done. They're open early and close late which is awfully convenient for us folks in Brookshire Texas.”
