“I went there on October 17 of this year. Not only was the selection amazing and the art beautiful, but the vibe overall was amazingly welcoming and friendly. Beyond that.. I wish more than anything right now that I would have asked the name of the woman that was working that night. I have autism and ADHD and I was having a meltdown in the store that day. It was my birthday, which is a really hard day for me regardless, but I had lost my phone and only realized it while I was inside. The sweet older woman there not only didn't judge my crying spell or the fact that I went nonverbal, she came around the counter and waited for my permission to give me a hug. Her voice was calm, motherly, reassuring.. everything I needed while I was panicking and breaking down. She gave me the strength to go find my family (who were asking other stores to see if they saw my phone) and to generally keep my head up for the rest of my day at the mall. Whoever you are, ma'am, you're an angel. I don't go to the mall often but I hope I'll see you again soon. If I don't, know that you singlehandedly saved my birthday. Your patience, calm words, and safe presence really helped me come back to myself and go forward. Not everyone has those skills, and I'm so happy you did because I don't think I could've pulled myself out of a break that deep. Having you there while my family made their own attempts to help elsewhere was the difference between me completely closing off and getting angry and more sad, and me being able to meet with my family, step outside for air, and keep moving towards making the day better. I know I could barely speak when you saw me, but I wish I could have articulated how amazing you were that day. If anyone knows who had the evening shift on 10/17/25, please tell her I thank her with all my heart.”

“I have been looking for an arched top hutch high and low for a while, and I came across KTX Home on Facebook marketplace. I unfortunately live 4 hours from Katy TX, I purchased a hutch online and planned on going to pick it up that weekend, but life happens and I was not able to make it. I reached out to their Facebook page, and Jannet was super fast in her responses and was so accommodating! She was able to get my shipment on the truck, and was delivered 3 days after I purchase! Let me also say, aside from incredible customer service, the quality is amazing for the price. The piece I purchased, is solid and heavy. Highly recommend them!”
