Grand Parkway South Richmond to look for something small to hold live plants in an aquarium, and the employee name Mr.Curtis was very kind, just phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond to make sure that I as a customer had what I needed before I left the store. This man is a true model, of what giving great customer service is all about. “I have worked with Jamie to design my new business in Sugar Land. Working with Jamie has been such an easy and smooth process. She provided beautiful vision boards of the design where I could see all of our ideas come to life. Jamie’s design expertise proved valuable through her recommendations and suggestions and was able to provide options at different price points so that I could make the best decision. She demonstrates professionalism and kindness in her interactions and has been respectful of everyone’s time, shows up prepared to design meetings and walk-throughs and communicates clearly and effectively. The store has such cute home decor and furniture. I have found unique and beautiful pieces during Fall and Christmas and most recently for Valentine’s Day. The picture attached was taken during a Christmas shopping event which included cocktails and cheerful Christmas spirit!

She went above and beyond to help me with my discount coupons, taking the time to make sure everything was applied correctly. What really stood out to me is how she’s always enthusiastically sharing tips with customers on how to maximize their rewards or savings. Her energy is unmatched she’s genuinely happy to help and it shows in every interaction. Even during busy hours, she’s multitasking at the register with a smile on her face, making every customer feel seen and valued. I didn’t catch her name, but she usually works closing shifts at the register and you’ll recognize her by how efficient and upbeat she is. Employees like her make a huge difference in the shopping experience!”

“Nisa was very helpful to my family and I while we were looking for shoes for my son. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I really wish they would put more cashiers. Super long busy line and only 2 cashiers were working. This goes for Burlington as well.”
