“Came here to search for the elusive Tonka Truck. Imagine the joy in my soul when I found one sitting on the shelf. Then, the staff pointed out two additional Tonka trucks that were for sale. They asked me which did I prefer and I stated all of them. Then the nice lady and I had a great conversation about aviation since she's a former flight attendant and I'm an FAA flight dispatcher. Everyone in that store made me feel welcome and I let them know I appreciates their service. I will be back.”

“My first time at Hobby Lobby. I took my grandsons for some craft items. We looked at almost everything in the store. I forgot my cell in the car. I had the grandkids out way past dinner time and they went to bed later than normal! The good thing we had an awesome time and my grandsons, 5 and soon to be 3 were so well behaved for Gramma Jan - honest!!”
“This store is so awesome with exceptional customer service! The manager, Angel, was so helpful in placing a special order for 8 black bistro chairs. When they didn’t arrive in time for my party, he helped me locate all of them in the Houston area and even offered to have some delivered to the Katy store. I will definitely be a regular customer here in the future. Good job Angel!!!”

“Joseph was fantastic when shopping for a Sleep Number bed. We were not bombarded at the door, and Joseph engaged with us when we asked him to. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and offered extraordinary guidance on the right bed for us and that for our budget.
We will continue shopping at Sleep Number and the Katy location!!”
“Lily and Teresa are wonderful ladies. I wanted to talk and shop all day with them. Thank you for the wonderful real butterfly art. Cute lovely store. I highly recommend it.”

“They were super fast when they built the bed. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They came in prepared, worked efficiently, and had everything set up quicker than I expected. The bed feels sturdy, well put together, and looks great in the room. They were also respectful of the space and cleaned up after they were done. Overall, great service, fast work, and solid quality—I’d definitely recommend them”

“I absolutely will come to this store again. I had walked in recently like a week or two ago mistaking it as a clothing store (I never heard of Kirkland before of never stepped foot in it) but I later found out it was a home decor store instead . The candles smelt good and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was very nice and professional! Will be coming back soon!”

“I bought 3 candles. The plan was to gift 2 of them to friends for Friendsgiving. But after lit mine I had to test out the other 2 scents. Lela & Hyde Candle Co. is now my go to. The smell last forever plus they are non-toxic. 10/10”

“I love shopping at dd's DISCOUNTS because I always find amazing deals on clothes, shoes, home essentials, and accessories. The prices are affordable, and the selection changes often, so there's always something new to discover. The store is organized, and the staff is friendly. It's a great place to save money while finding quality products for the whole family.”
“I'm here for the experience! Customer service was incredible. Jada and Daniela were awesome! Patoent and professional Friendly They were helpful and help me find the items I needed. First time in the store and I found what I needed. Thank you for all you do!”
“The first two employees who approached me while I was shopping we’re both friendly, but they were unfortunately unavailable when it came to the time that I need to get a necklace.
Another employee was walking around, asking people if they needed help, but kept ignoring me, even though I was looking for someone to help. Finally, I approached her and asked if she could get a necklace for me. She was just very unfriendly throughout the entire transaction, including the sale.
I typically shop at the location in City Center and will likely not come back to this location because of that one employee.”

“To say the least, RH GALLERY OUTLET is a HIDDEN GEM in Stafford tx right off 59 freeway, located in The Fountains.
There were so many great Gallery pieces, priced at a steal of a price. The staff was amazing, helpful and very knowledgeable.”
“Alvino had so much patience with me and really went above and beyond to help me decide on the bedroom set I wanted to get. I know that anyone else probably would have ran away every time I walked in the store trying to decide on the bedroom set I wanted to get. After three days, I finally decided on the bedroom set and Alvino always greeted me with the highest respect. Thank you Alvino for taking the time to help me decide on the bedroom set I wanted.”
