“Great service. I was out of town cosign family in Austin, TX and went to the 5.11 store there. I was told that the shirt i wanted was available for transfer to the Austin store if I wanted. I told the salesman that I was from out of town, he asked from where and I told him Los Fresnos, he said that the shirt was available at the Brownsville store. He made s call and the shirt was placed on hold for me to purchase at my local store. I arrived at the store and they had the shirt on hold. This is what I call great service.”

Customer service was great, the jeans were a little bit expensive in my opinion but I just wanted to buy 1 pair. And a lot of jean size were short. You need to be skinny to buy those jeans (I’m fat but I could find a pair that is comfortable for me)”
