“I love this place so much . The owner, Sonia, has done a wonderful job with everything. The boutique itself is lovely, the wardrobes she curates are fashionable, and the website has always been super user friendly and easy to navigate. Picking up orders is also super easy and 100% more timely than any other shop in town.The people she’s hired throughout the years have always been so sweet. Thank you Layer for being a part of so many chapters of my life. So many memories picking out outfits to go out on dates and outings with friends . Big hug!!”
“Great service. I was out of town cosign family in Austin, TX and went to the 5.11 store there. I was told that the shirt i wanted was available for transfer to the Austin store if I wanted. I told the salesman that I was from out of town, he asked from where and I told him Los Fresnos, he said that the shirt was available at the Brownsville store. He made s call and the shirt was placed on hold for me to purchase at my local store. I arrived at the store and they had the shirt on hold. This is what I call great service.”
“I love this store and always go. I love this chain of stores to buy my Funko Pops, as they have a great variety. Additionally, they offer a large selection of video game and anime products. They also have many amazing accessories. Without a doubt, it is the perfect place for any geek fan.”
“I have been in this store 4 times so far. It's always clean. The main woman's clothing area is well organized. However the discount racks could use some organization as well according to apparel type and size. Certainly would make finding that deal a lot easier and you might sell these items faster. Just my thoughts. 2 of the times I have been here I believe the merchandising manager has been present to help the ladies layout for the season's according to directions from above him. From what I can tell he seems cordial to the employee's and speaks to them with respect which is an anomaly in this day & age. He also addressed me as a customer with a simple hello or asked if he could help me locate anything specific.
