“Awesome experience, second time purchasing at Furniture Row and once again… didn’t disappoint. Manager Rocio helped us out with no pressure like other places. Highly recommend Furniture Row in Brownsville TX. Awesome deals and excellent customer service!!!”
“Bought a recliner chair on line but I thought let me go see it at the store. Looked at something better and Oscar was helping me out to get the new recliner. First thing was canceling the order I did on line. Wow that was terrible it litarelly took 45 min for them to cancel the order and that is because the supervisor didn’t have access to cancel orders!!!! Worst
experience ever…. They didn’t want me to cancel the order even though I was at the store buying more stuff !!! Never again do orders on line”
“I usually go to the Ross stores in Brownsville, but I went this Friday the 13th to this store and I was surprised that was organized and clean and it had lots of things that I don't find in other Ross”

“Excellent place to shop, it has a wide variety of items such as clothing, shoes, toys, bags, perfumes, underwear. The attention is very good. I highly recommend it”
“The guard with the beard, I think his name is Daniel. Very sharp. He's greeted us as we went in and out of the store. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions on products. Great prices for the brands. Over all great experience.”

“Selena helped us find the furniture that fits our need and budget.
I appreciate that there was no pressure. She let us look around without following us. Every now and then , she checked on us , if we find what we need.”
